'You should ask your cousin. He was with him every time,' said Porsche.
'Who? Vegas?' Kinn was shocked.
'Nooo! Not Hia Vegas! How can you even think that?' Porsche reproached, 'It's Khun Gun, your cousin from Shanghai.'
'Wait, what? Gun?' Kinn asked bewildered
'Yes, Phi. I saw Khun Gun with Tawan. Not just once but many times.'
'But Gun mostly stays in Shanghai or Beijing. How can he be here in Bangkok?'
Porsche looked down thinking hard and stood up, 'I can prove it to you. He was here. They were together. I am not lying. You have to believe me.' He started dragging Kinn towards the door.
Kinn pulled him back and Porsche collided with him. The little guy was stunned at the sudden movement and Kinn held him close to prevent him from falling and stared deep into his eyes.
Porsche looked down and mumbled, 'I can prove it Phi, I am not lying.'
Kinn made Porsche sit back in his chair shaking his head and kneeled in front of him.
'I never said you were lying. Never ever think that I would not believe what you are saying.'
Porsche stared at Kinn in wonder. For as long as he can remember no one has ever treated him with so much love and respect.
'Even if the whole world says otherwise, I will still believe you Porsche. You shall always find me by your side.' Kinn said holding Porsche's hands. He knows what Porsche has been through, he knows to build up their life long bond just love and adoration is not enough. Porsche himself needs to be confident enough to walk by him to trust each other. He does not want Porsche to be walking a step behind him or following him. He wants Porsche to lead with him, right by his side. Thankfully Porsche is young and he has time to build that confidence in him, give him everything so he could always he himself. That journey should start with Kinn, he is his husband and he believes it's both his privilege and responsibility to make this journey with Porsche.
Porsche gulped the lump in his throat and looked down.
'Babe' Kinn called him affectionately leaning towards him a little.
Porsche looked up and Kinn dragged a chair to sit beside him.
'Tell me everything from the beginning. Do not leave out even the littlest details. Okay?'
Porsche nodded.
'There is an inn in the out skirts of the city, Paradise Motel. It's a sleezy place, but the pay is good. Lots of different people go there, rich people, dicey people, bad people, people with connections, working class people, youngsters looking for a good time, everyone. You name it you will find there. They are either having affairs or cheating on their partners or rich or high-profile people going with escorts. The reason is the owner doesn't ask for names, there is no surveillance, every payment happens in cash so no paper trails. It's easy in and out. Jom works there as a cleaner he fixed me a few cleaning gigs, couple of times a week. I had to go late night to clean up the rooms. I have seen many people leaving the place. I saw Khun Tawan and Khun Gun multiple times leaving, but they always went away separately same as the other customers. The last time I saw them was...' Porsche stopped speaking he didn't want Kinn to feel bad.
'Tell me Po when was the last time you saw them?'
Seeing Porche silent Kinn prodded again, 'Po please tell me.'
'It was two nights before the wedding.' Po looked concerned
Kinn scornfully sniggered, 'What else can be expected from that son of a....' He stopped speaking and poked his tongue through his cheeks, he didn't want to bad mouth in front of Po.
