Ne Zha x Ao Bing

Rumors

It has been about a month ever since Nezha and Ao Bing were together. They were really happy, and Ao Bing had almost completely forgotten about the incident as his boyfriend tried to distract him and kept reminding him that no matter what happened he would love him.

It had gotten hard for them to not show their affection in public and people kept thinking that something had happened between them, no one had ever thought they loved each other but there we're suspicions. They didn't do anything too much, maybe accidentally holding hands for a bit or sharing a more loving hug, they even looked at each other more lovingly, not that Ao Bing didn't do that before, but it was much less noticeable before they were together, now he was unable to hide it

In school people had started to talk and they kept thinking something was off, the two love birds had almost no idea but their friend Yaya picked up on the rumors and wanted to tell them and that's why she took them aside.

"Whats up? Why did you want to speak so privately?" Ao Bing asked in a hushed tone wondering what's a going on, Nezha was usually laid back but he was equally curious
"I know you guys don't want to be open about...you know... But i think you're being a bit too obvious" the boys looked at each other for a second, then looked back at Yaya as she continued speaking

"There are many rumors going around that something weird is happening between you two and that you're showing signs of dating" immediately they both started to get a little worried cause those rumors could end up anywhere, even to Nezhas parents.
As you know before, Nezha doesn't care about his parents opinion, of course it made him mad but he would continue doing his thing.

But he was worried for Ao Bing, Ao Bing was always very tough on the outside, and on the inside too, but he is very emotional and now that he is in a healthy environment he tends to show his feelings more and more rather than hide them behind a serious face.
Ao Bing hated that he couldn't hide his feelings that well, he gritted his teeth a little but collected his thoughts quickly.

Rumors happen no matter what and he couldn't stop it himself, they had to wait for the rumors to die down and in the mean time they had to be more careful.

"We just need to be a bit more distant... It's inevitable for them to find out eventually but I want your parents to be the first to know.. And from us, not from anyone else" Nezha nodded his head in agreement but it was going to be difficult as he wanted attention and Ao Bing craved physical touch.

"When will you two tell them? " Yaya asked worried, she had learned everything about the incident the same day it happened. Ao Bings heart ached a little, he was delaying it because he knew but

"The sooner we say it, the sooner it will be over with... I want to do it this week" he said trying not to let his feelings overtake him as he looked at Nezha
"If that's what you want then let's do it" Nezha said feeling happy that Ao Bing was feeling braver

"I got some anger built up from Tai Yis nagging... I won't let them get away with it if they insult you" he said as fire burned in his eyes from rage, Ao Bing huffed silently and smiled before kissing Nezhas forehead. The demon immediately melted and forgot about his anger. Ao Bing then realised the obvious signs and pulled away. Yaya shrugged as if saying 'see?'

"Sorry force of habbit... It is a bit obvious" the dragon said in embarrassment with his sleeve covering his blushing face

Yayas eyes suddenly lit up
"How about! We all hang out today for lunch" The two boys loved the idea and they decided to go to Yayas place to also see her mother and her brother

Time skip after school

Ao Bings pov

Before going to Yayas we all went to Nezhas place first so we could do some things, first of all so Nezhas parents knew we were going to be away and so we could get some treats to bring for lunch.
When we all reached her house and opened the door, her mother immediately came outside to welcome the three of us with her brother being right behind her

"So good to see you two here!" She put her hands on either side of my face and gave me a kiss on the forehead, doing the same to Nezha who tried to resist a little and hissed, yaya tried fighting back laughter from his reaction

"None of them are your boyfriend yet, are you sure they are just friends?" Her brother asked her in a hushed tone but we could all hear as if mocking her a little (in a brotherly manner, not actually mocking)
"HEY- STOP, THEY ARE MY BEST FRIENDS" she yelled embarrassed and we tried not to laugh
"Okay I just asked" he threw his hands up and rolled his eyes
"Would you stop being a brat, you don't have a girlfriend yourself genius" she said back, their mom came in between

"Hey hey stop fighting, we got company here" she said in a  calm but serious tone

After we walked in her brother vegan to speak once more

"Do any of you two have a girlfriend yet? " be said curiously, before we could even answer Yaya began to laugh hysterically

"what's so funny about my question? " he said annoyed at her reaction

"HAHAHAHA NOTHING- IT'S JUST FUNNY" she said continujng to laugh, he turned back to us and shrugged

"We're both single" I answered but yaya only laughed harder and Nezha was catching that contagious laughter

".. Does she know something I don't? " he said pointing at his sister

"I-its an inside joke" I said beginning to giggle myself

Hellooooo guys✨, finally had the motivation to finish this chapter💀.

Most of these chapters are old asf- and they are badly written so I'm thinking of rewriting this fan fiction (but in a whole different book) ofc I will keep most of the plot the same, I will fix some parts and make them better (like the confession and kiss scene). I won't do it for sure, and definitely not now but maybe I will in the future. Hope y'all have a lovely day❤💙
