I woke up the next morning, still laying in Miguel's arms. His head was resting on mine and i felt warm.
I yawned and snuggled into his arms even more.
He groaned and did like the little 'mlep mlep' thing with with his tounge.
I looked at him and smiled.
He opened his eyes slowly.
"You watching me florida?" He said, his voice still raspy.
"I did not agree to that nickname." I replied.
"I didn't agree to weakling." He said.
"Fair." I said.
He smiled and kissed me.
"Im kinda sad.." He said.
"Why?" I asked.
"Cuz ur like.. Leaving today.." He said.
My heart sank.
I forgot.
I forgot this wasn't forever.
"Oh I didn't mean to.. i just.." He started. Visibly sorry.
"No i.. I don't wanna go but i have to.." I said.
And there we stood. A few hours later. In the airport. Saying our goodbyes.
We hugged for what felt like eternity.
For what should be eternity.
"Im really gonna miss you.." He said, his voice breaking.
"Im really gonna miss you so much more." I replied, feeling tears appear in my eyes.
He pulled away from the hug and placed his hands on my cheeks, making our foreheads and noses touch.
"Do it for me." He said.
"Do what?" I asked, smiling through the tears.
"Become an actress, do what you want to do, be who you want to be." He said.
I smiled.
He didn't know.
He didn't know i might actually have a chance now.
"I will." I said.
"Anything for you.." I murmured, breaking our eye contact.
He lifted my head back up, looking me in the eyes again, making me cry.
I saw tears appear in his eyes aswell.
We didn't know when and if we were going to see eachother again and it broke me.
"For me.." He whispered.
He held onto my necklace
"For you.." I whispered, looking him in the eyes.
He kissed me one last time and i let go of him.
He smiled at me and i walked away.
I walked into the gate and sat down, i could still see Miguel standing there, looking at me.
I gave him a slight smile and waved.
He smiled back and then walked away.
"For you.." I mumbled.
Im doing it for him.
That's actually a complete lie im doing it for myself but i just liked the way that sounded.
The cheesy and lovey goodbye might have been a little much for y'all but i loved it.
I love Mikey and I love the cheesy goodbye.
For him.
