Friday - Practice and Street Race

I exit my car and go to the airport entrance. I wait anxiously for people to come out of the main area of the airport, hopefully looking for two people in particular. I needed to see my friends.

"Now here is something you don't see every day." Someone says behind me. I smirk knowing who it exactly is. I could recognize that voice from a mile away. I turn my whole body to see Jade standing there tall and strong. I smiled and then embraced her in my arms. Nothing could take this smile that's on my face. I didn't want to let her go.

"Okay Tash I need to breathe," Jade says. She is the only one that can call me that name. Not even Luke or Max can call me that. It is for Jade only. I softly let her go and I look to her side and I see Luke looking around the place for us. I smile waving gently toward him. He then notices me and Jade and comes over towards us. Before he can do anything I grab him and pull him for a giant hug.

"It is so good to see you both. I missed you a lot." I say.

"Don't worry we missed you as well," Luke replied.

"All set for Friday night?" Jade asks. Luke and I nod in response.

"Are you guys racing?" I ask them both. They both looked at each other and started to smirk.

"We wouldn't miss racing in the city of Mexico," Jade responds. I then hug them both again full of happiness and excitement.

Half an hour later

Luke, Jade, and I are all in my hotel room and we are snacking on donuts and hot chocolates.

"This is my therapy," I reply. I then lie back down on the bed and I just stare up at the roof.

"Okay, girl," Jade says. She then claps her hands together and joins me lying down on the bed. "What has gotten you all weird."

"Nothing. I have no idea what you're talking about." I reply.

"Oh please when we were in Australia, I saw Lando there. You didn't think we would notice no would you." Luke says. I just scoffed at his comment.

"There is nothing between me and Lando," I reply.

"Whatever you want to believe but we know what we saw, so don't try and hide it," Jade exclaims. I hit her side gently and she then comes back to me and hugs me tightly.

"Are any of the guys coming to the race on Friday?" Jade asks.

"From what I know I think it probably is Max, George, Pierre, Charles, Daniel, and Alex. They are bringing their girlfriends as well."

"Okay, since when did George and Pierre have girlfriends?" Luke questions. I then look to my side.

"Well you know about Charles and Charlotte, then we have Max and Kelly. Pierre is in a new relationship with a woman named Kika, George has been dating Carmen for a little bit now. Danny is adorable with Heidi." I tell them. He then nods his head in an understanding manner and then joins us as well lying on the bed. "I love how you guys are here for the last race for a while."

"Just know I am always going to be looking at you, and laughing at your mistakes and your fun times. I will be yelling at you when you get too drunk or you screwed up with Norris." Jade responds. I squeeze her body tighter as her sentence closes.

"I am always a call away, no matter where you are in the world. I will always be there to help out." Luke exclaims. I then squeeze him tighter as well.

"I love you guys."

"Yeah, we know."

We all get ready for the practices here in Mexico. I chose to wear a white jean skirt with the RedBull polo on top. I also am wearing black sunnies with my hair up in a high ponytail.

"Let's rock this," Jade says. I hug her as we exit the hotel and go down to my car.

"Oh quick question, when is my car getting here?" I ask them.

"It should be here in the next hour, and I have a good friend who will deliver it to the hotel," Luke responds as he continues to type aggressively on his phone.

"Who got you mad?" I ask in response.

"No one I am just trying to figure the next Race Month," Luke responds. I nod.

We enter the paddock Luke on one side and Jade on the other. Our first stop is Ferrari. I see Charles and Charlotte standing there looking at the TV as some interviews go on.

"Well, well, well. We meet again." Luke says. They both turned over and started to smile at their presence. I smile moving out the way they stand up and start to hug each other.

"It is really good to see you two," Charlotte says.

"We missed you as well. We wouldn't miss the Mexico Grand Prix!" Luke exclaims.

"There is a race isn't there," Charlotte says knowingly. We all just nod our heads in excitement. "Call Charles, not me, I will be sleeping,"

"Done," I reply. I then hug Charlotte and Charles. "Right, Charles I know Charlotte won't tell you 'cause she is too nice but get in your car Practice is about to start."

"Yes ma'am." He says. I laugh in response pushing him towards the car. I then step out of the garage and look out into the crowd. It is massive. Mexico knows how to bring it. I look down to my right and I see RedBull going out and McLaren as well. They all slowly come towards the front waiting for it to start and a certain McLaren comes within perfect view.

I walk over to the car and I kneel to its level.

"Go get them, Daniel," I say. He nods in response and then points behind him. Lando's car is sitting behind him. I go over to him and I kneel as well. "Don't die."

"Ride or die." He responds. I nod and then back away as the cars start to go out on the track. Charles then follows along.
