Nat loves street racing but the main thing about it is not to get caught.
Then comes an offer she can't ignore.
Nat travels and experiences new things with her brother. Will partying, being sassy, having an attitude and temper problem take over or...
We arrive at the Mexico International Airport. The air is thick and the electricity is out of this world. The culture here is so massive that as we enter there are dancers just performing for fun, to greet everyone that enters.
Lando
I am a couple of hours from landing in Mexico. I knew that this weekend would be awesome and difficult for many different reasons. It is going to be great because you know another race in another country. Plus nearly everyone on the grid is going to the music festival tonight and that itself is something to be very excited about.
But I knew it would be the last weekend I would see Nat for a while. I also knew that her good friend Jade wasn't well and it was her last weekend racing as well for a while.
I was very excited to be in Mexico. This weekend here would always be a treat. Seeing the different cultures come to life and seeing everyone on the grid come to life after being here.
Nat
I enter the hotel with Charlotte, Charles, Kelly, Max and P and we all get settled in our rooms so that we can get ready for the festival a little bit later during the day.
My phone chimes.
F1 baddies!
(Daniel, Lando, Alex, George, Max, Carlos, George, Pierre + the girls)
Daniel: Meet you all at the stage, I have some plans for the festival.
Me: If it has something to do with you I know I am in for a treat.
Daniel: Always. :)
I smile as more notifications come on commenting on the text message, but everyone agrees to meet Daniel at the stage.
I text Charles.
Me: come to my room, you and Charlotte are all getting ready together.
Charlie: Aye, aye captain.
I smile knowing that they will be coming in the next minute. I quickly go to my room and put my suitcases down and just in time cause I hear someone at the door knocking. I go to the door and answer it.
"Enter," I say. I then move to the side and the two enter my room. When they do they then chuck their things on the couch and hug me. "This may be the most fun I will have and it will be the saddest one."
"I know but we need to push through," Charles says.
"It will sting for a little bit and then you have people like us just one call away," Charlotte says. I head towards my room to get some possible options for the festival.
" Which one?" I ask. I hold a black dress that has two slits on the side and I then hold a white kind of jumpsuit. They both look at the outfits with a lot of attention.
"Black." They say in unison. I nod in response heading to the bathroom and chucking the black dress on.

I come out of the bathroom and they both just clap. I smile and turn a little bit. I put on some white high-top converses while Charles and Charlotte change into their outfit.
Charlotte comes out in a white mini-skirt with a top that crosses over in the front like the top of my dress. Charles is shown in a red singlet top and black shorts.
"Let's show Mexico that we don't like to be messed around with," Charlotte says.
"Ditto to that," I reply.
We head back to the lobby and we meet Lily, Alex, Max and Kelly down there as we were all catching an SUV together to the festival. I heard the rest of the group will meet us there.
5 minutes later
When we arrive, we get dropped off at the entrance of the festival. There are so many people just heading in or out, in all amazing outfits. The stage is in clear view to the left, and then there are so many tents on the right that will have food and drinks just like a little market area. "Okay everyone here is a Dana," Daniel says. I then get a red Dana and I put it around my mouth. Everyone does the same. "Right now come with me."
We all look confused but do what he tells us to do. We then all follow him to this tent past the stage.
"Alright everyone grabs a golf cart and races to the stage," Daniel says and by the time he finishes, he gets in the cart and starts it up.
"How are we supposed to get there?" Max asks.
"Follow the music baby," I reply. We all laugh get in a cart together and race to the stage. I smile through my Dana and try to get on the stage. I see someone take a sharp turn to the right. I choose to follow them.
"You can't hide," I yell out.
"You won't catch me Verstappen," Lando yells back and looks back as well. He is wearing a black singlet with black jeans as well. We go around these sharp turns coming closer to the stage.
"Here I come Norris," I yell out. I then catch his cart and become wheel-to-wheel as we enter the stage area. We enter and I turn the cart off.
"I win!" I yell out again. I start to dance on the grass next to the cart.
"Come with me," Lando says to me grabbing my wrist to stop dancing. I look at him confused but follow him towards the stage.
We stop around the middle while a band is playing and everyone is going crazy to the music. He stops in front of me. I smile up at him with the cheeks rising out of the bandana.
Lando's hand came up to my cheeks and pulled it down. "Had a feeling that you were smiling."
I then giggle slightly. I then pull down his as well showing his smile as well. "Thought you were smiling as well," I reply to him. I just look him in the eyes. So full of wonder and mystery. So much to explore and see. I just want to dive right in.
