"You fucking what?!" Ollie shouted as he stormed into the Prema HQ. Prema's Team Principle was standing there chatting to some engineers, but after hearing Ollie's outburst, decided that his top priority was knowing Ollie's problem.
They both walked into his office, and immediately Ollie had an outburst.
"You signed a woman?! Not to be sexist but we haven't had a female driver this high in the sport for years! This is a massive risk!" Ollie shouted.
"I made that choice. She has talent, like you do. I would have signed her anyways, regardless of her gender."
"She will be eaten up alive! I bet even Maloney and Novalak will stamp on her! She is 17 and an F4 driver!" He screamed
At this point the Prema boss relaxed, he knew exactly how to deal with Ollie. By lying to him.
"Look. Ferrari themselves told me to sign her, so if you want to go speak to them, be my guest."
Ollie was stumped.
René Rosin was a smart team principal. He kept things from his employees and drivers, but thats what made PREMA run so smoothly. That was the same lie that Prema had told Aurelia a few days ago when they signed the contract. That "Ferrari had told us to sign her on the basis of her talent." The real reason was for Prema to gain followers and PR, as who wouldn't want to track the first female driver in F2? Aurelia brought followers, and gave Prema a deck of cards about how inclusive they are, and how no other teams have a South American, Female driver.
But of course Ollie didn't need to know that, nor did Aurelia.

"A-and he says that Ferrari told Prema to sign her! Like thats insane! Nobody has skipped F3, not even me." Ollie ranted.
He was sitting in a small café in Rome, with the two people who he puts most of his trust in most, Frederik Vesti and Oscar Piastri. Both drivers who had driven for Prema, and now both in Formula 1.
Fred looked confused. "René told me that they hadn't had a signing yet, as there were no good options. That was before Abu Dhabi."
Oscar also looked confused. "Why would he sign Nobels? She is average in F4, looking at her last season she came 10th. Not the 'Superstar' that he describes her as."
Ollie was confused, and as Oscar and Fred tried to work out the reason behind the signing, Ollie sat there, deep in thought.
