Chaeyoung's POV

"Oh." I flash my sweetest smile at the girl who is now walking towards me in this hotel bedroom after I heard two soft knocks on the door I left wide open on purpose. "You're bored already?"

"Maybe."

I promptly chuckle at her sarcasm. She has always been good at that. "Mianhae. Was I taking too long? Don't worry. This will be done in maybe ten minutes at most."

"Hmm." Mina nods and sits to the side of the bed and quickly scans one of my opened suitcases. "You have a lot of clothes here."

"Ahh. I needed a lot of tops for... you know... the teaching and the art gigs and all."

She simply nodded so I just proceeded in tidying my remaining hanging clothes from my dresser. There was silence but it was comfortable. It was nothing but cozy when you are with the person you spent literally every waking moment of your life with for a long while.

After about five minutes of occasional glancing and not so innocent grinning at each other like teenage kids in love, I finally pull the other half of my remaining opened suitcase to lock it since my dresser is now officially empty.

Alright. One important task done, another more important to go.

I walk in front of the bed where the prettiest girl on earth who was just silently watching me do my tidying up is seated. As soon as she was within arms reach, I slowly moved my arms to snake around Mina's shoulder.

Like she always knew what to do, she smiles and pulls me closer by hugging me by the waist. If only I could freeze these moments. "All done, my love?"

"Hmm." I hum as I plant a lingering kiss on top of her head. "Ready to go?"

Mina simply nods at me. She breaks the hug and stands up from the bed not knowing that I was only going to pull her back again into another embrace. What can I do? I love having her close.

I heard her giggle as she reciprocated the hug. "Wae? Isn't this too much hugging for the day?"

"Andwaeee." I playfully grin and kiss her cheek this time. "I can't help it. I am so addicted to your scent that I can't help but keep you close."

"Jinjja." She giggles once again and sniffs my neck to whisper over it. "But, oh well. I already heard that countless times. And to be fair, I love hearing that."

I tried to pull her closer but I know well that there isn't any teeny tiny space left in between us. I heaved in a deep breath and called out to her with a serious tone. I think this is the perfect moment to ask her again. "Mina."

"Hmm?"

"Should we— Umm..." I know there is no need to be nervous but I still gulped hard as if a lump suddenly formed in my throat. I have to do this. "Should we... talk? Now."

She gently breaks the hug as we both look into each other's soul. "What should we talk about?"

Hmm. I guess it's just me who has been wanting to have that talk.

"Mina..." I stare at her with the most sincere eyes I could project. "We've been— you know... doing things in the bedroom and— and the second time we did it, you said it would mean something. I was— I was hoping all this time that we find the time to talk about that. Also— I... I don't want to keep tabs here but you agreed to have that talk when we were at your dance studio yesterday, right?"

She slowly looks down and avoids eye contact with me. Oh, no. Please tell me that that isn't a welcome act of anything negative that she is about to say or do in the next couple of seconds.
