Chapter 24 - Sky

I'm immediately dragged down into Lewis's lap, who wraps his arms around and traps me. After a couple failed attempts of trying to break free, I accept my fate. I lean my head back onto his shoulder as he settles his own head into the crook of my shoulder and neck.

Jacob laughs at something so I open my eyes that I didn't even realize had closed. I very quickly deduce it to be either me and Lewis or Innie who seems to be fighting for his life against Sam and his cuddles. Or I guess it could be the sunshine who just plopped himself into Jake's lap and practically melted into his side like last night.

There's some clinking and clanking in the kitchen, some of it is the pans and some of it is the bowls. The fridge is opening and closing, Chris most likely grabbing out all the ingredients for Lee Know to cook with.

About five to ten minutes later, the water in the bathroom turns off and the duo emerge in comfy clothes. Immediately, Lee Know rushes to go make breakfast while us kids play around and have fun. Jisung quickly pouts about not having a spot and stares intently into my eyes until I faux-begrudgingly pat the spot next to me and Binnie. He visibly brightens and saunters over for a "cuddling session with Minnie".

I roll my eyes, but nuzzle closer to him as he lays against Bin. Lewis tells us that he'll have to get up to go shower with Innie as no one can resist him cuteness, We both shoot him annoyed looks, but reluctantly let him go.

Just as he promised, he comes back soon and we cuddle with Hyunjin and Jake take a shower. Jake hands a pouty Lix over to Jeongin who immediately brightens at seeing his maknae-like hyung.

We lay there like that for a bit until hyung announces breakfast. Hyunjin and Jacob had come out at some point, but I didn't pay too much attention. I pour internally about getting up, but I'm the one who ends up pulling the other two off the couch. There's a heavenly smell from the kitchen and I want sooner rather than later.

We get in line behind Yongbok and Sam, Jacob is behind us, chatting with Chris and LK. I watch as Innie somehow managed to weasel his way to the front. I seem to be the only who notices and when he sees me looking, he sends me a cheeky smile and wink. I roll my eyes fondly, sending a wink of my own.

Finally, I can grab some food. The amazing smells earlier were kongnamul bap and I smile gratefully. I grab a bowl of the bean sprout soup and serve up some rice into the bowl as well. Then I follow the other members to the living room after I grab my utensils.

I set my things down on the side table. "Kim Seungmin-yah!" Min yells. Quickly, I rush over to the kitchen again.

"Hmm?"

"Go wake up the younger group."

"Hyung~!" I whine, but I walk over to the hallway anyways. I'd prefer not to die today, thank you very much. I consider just knocking, because what more do I really need to do after his loud ass scream? But I doubt most of them are actually gonna be able to wake up just from that. I remember how heavy we slept because of how exhausted we were after the day's worth of work.

I knock on the first bedroom door, to the left, before I swing it open and startle the three bodies inside... well two of the three. Woojin and Minho shoot up out of bed, but Seungmin is still sleeping soundly. I smirk evilly, he may be my past self, but that doesn't save him from my jokes.

I walk over to him, like predator to prey and grab his shoulder. Then, I shove him halfway off the bed all in one motion. He startles awake at the feeling of air against his back and does the rest of the work for me. He scrambles to grab the covers to stop him from falling off, and feeling a little bad, I hold the sheets give him something to pull at. He gratefully pulls his body from nearly falling off the bed and gives me a light glare.
