They gathered together in order to review Akagi and Kaga's report of their previous mission. Those who are present in the meeting are: Nagato- Sakura Empire's flagship, Mutsu, Kawakaze, Mikasa, Tosa, and Taihou...
[Nagato]: "So this is the black box. The one that grants us control over the sirens?"

[Akagi]: "Indeed, it is. But it's merely a byproduct." She said. "You see, this black box is a kind of mental cube, the same mental cubes that we warships are made out of." She added.
[Nagato]: "...Project Orochi..."
[Akagi]: "Yes, Sakura Empire's hope for a shiny future."
[Nagato]: "Unfortunately, in order for it to work, we were forced to make the first move."
