Ingredients: Cake mix, Cool Whip, and powdered sugar
In a bowl, mix together a flavored cake mix of your choice (chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, pineapple, red velvet, etc.) and an eight ounce tub of thawed Cool Whip. The mixture will be very sticky.
Using two spoons, make approximately one inch balls of the batter, dropping the balls into a bowl of powdered sugar.
Roll the balls around until completely covered.
Place cookies on a baking sheet about an inch apart.
Lastly, bake the cookies at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes.
Let the cookies cool before serving.
