HASTY

:Sudden

VIDHYA PoV

I was crossing the road to reach Malathi's mobiles last location. The location was near a abandoned building, it was not safe for me to go alone there. I am not that stupid.!

I reached the police station, I rushed inside looking for Jeeva sir . "Sir" "hey , Vidhya ?" He asked.

"Yes sir" I replied. "What are you doing here at this time Vidhya? Don't you know it's dangerous to travel at this time ." He scolded me  softly. He sounds like my bro sometimes .

"Sir , it's fine. I am here to talk to ACP sir.  is he inside" I ask him. He rises his eyebrow and looks at me with a mischievous look.

"I am here to talk about something important." "Sorry dear , he is in a important meeting" he tells me.

"How much time will it take" I ask him. "May be an hour or two Vidhya . You can comeback tomorrow or you can wait ." He tells me. "It's important, I will wait sir" I tell him , he nods then walks away .

I take a seat near a waiting bench and look around the station. I turned to my right catching a glimpse of a man. I looked again to find him. His system had his full attention.

His eyes too focused on the screen. His brows furrows then relaxes while he explains about something. His nose crunched , his soft pinkish lips moving softly.

His body calm yet stif . He looked hot soo hot as he was speaking to god knows about what. Before getting caught by him I everted my eyes from him to my phone. It was quite hard getting my eyes off him. Uff!

I messaged my friends informing them that I will reach hostel quite late. I looked around to find few police officers exiting as their shift was over then a couple of officers entering for their night shift.

I looked in his direction hoping he would finish his meeting soon. But what I was surprised was to find him already looking in my direction, my eyes widened. He raised his brow in surprise but got back to his meeting .

"Hey" I turned my head to find a lady police officer. "Hi mam" I replied.

"You have been waiting for an hour dear. Do you have any complaints about anything, you can tell me . I will inform sir when he completes his meeting." She tells me.

"No problem mam. I will wait till he completes his meeting" I tell her, she nods her head and gives me a smile then leaves.

Its already 7 pm, he was still engaged in his meeting. Now his body was stif, he looked serious and his actions tells me he is discussing about something important. I look outside , it was getting dark.

"Vidhya , you are a cyber student right. Can you help me locate this number" Jeeva sir spoke, I nod my head since I had nothing to do I might help them .

"Okay sir" I tell him as he hands me a laptop. Soon I track the numbers last location. I give him the address. He thanks me then leaves.

I look at my watch it was nearly 8 pm. He was still in his meeting, I want to inform him about the missing of Malathi and her last location. I was lost in my thoughts.

"Vidhya" a gruff yet soft voice calls me. I turn to find him standing a few feet's away from me. I stood up , " ACP sir" I greet him.

" you have been waiting for so long . What happened, any issues?" He questions. I nod my head , he guides me to his office .

He takes his seat and I take a seat in front of him. "So what's the problem ?" He asks. "Actually sir -." I tell him everything about Malathi and her sudden disappearance then her enquiring about a mobile location.

"Vidhya , I assure you I will look into it ." He tells me. I nod my head then collect my bag to leave. "I will be going now sir" I tell him as he nods his head.

I exit his cabin to find the lady police officer shouting at Jeeva sir then two other officers laughing at him. Later a officer tried to calm her down , I smiled remembering my brother and mine's fights . We used to fight a lot!

Not a minute later she calmed down then Jeeva apologised to her. I chuckled at their behaviours, soon the whole group turned in my direction, I was caught by them. I am sure my face looked red , red as a tomato, I smiled at them .

"Vidhya , your still here." I heard her voice, I nod my head. "I will be leaving now , bye" I tell them politely . "Hey it's already 10 pm , it's not safe for you to go at this time alone" came everyone's voice.

" it's fine , I have my scooter . My hostel is also not so far"I tell them, they shook their head.

"Well you have waited for sir , so let him drop you off" Jeeva sir tells me. I look at him wide eyed. "No-no it's fine"I tell them but they didn't agree to it.

"No , let sir drop you" the rest agrees. "Well let's introduce ourselves , before you leave " she tells me.

"I am Rashmi" she tells me. "Vishal babe" he winks , the rest of them scoffs.

"Guys come on not in front of her too" he wines . I chuckle at his behaviour. " Jeeva" he tells. "Aditya" I nod at all of them

"Hi , I am Vidhya" I introduce myself .

"Hey can you tell me your hair secret , it looks so good" Rashmi speaks dragging me near a bench.

The boys talk among themselves about something. "Ha it's nothing" she shooks her head.

"Come on , think me as your friend and tell me." I laugh at her hushed voice then tell her I had no secrets about my hair.

She pouts , then I find her eye lands on Aditya . They both lock their eyes and does their romance in their eyes contact. . Both look cute

I clear my throat then look at her , smiling mischievously and raise my both eyebrows few times. She blushed then I laughed at her shyness .

we talked about random things then I find it was nearly 11 . "Rashmi Akka , it's already 11. I should go my friends will be worried" I tell her.

"I will drop you"
