later that night:
'stupid jackass, how dare he think of me to be small and cute...just he wait, I'll prove to him that I can be a detective and get real evidence that will prove that the headmaster is a part of the gang'
Sonic thought as he was walking towards a reseraunte, walking in and went towards the bar where his boss was waiting
Sonic: Hi Silver, got many tables filled today?
Silver: Oh Hey Sonic and yeah we are pretty much full for tonight, so you might have to stay late again tonight
Sonic: that's fine, I was expecting to be busy anyway
Sonic went to the staff room to get dressed in his black pants, white shirt and a black tuxedo vest over it. checking himself over in the tall mirror to see if he was presentable, due to Silver being picky when it comes to appearances and saw that he look good enough to start serving table that was coming in.
2 hours later:
sonic has been working none stop since he started and was doing fine at his work, thinking the night was going to be an easy one till the last table that was booked in walked though the door with Sonic being the first to greet them inside.
Sonic: welcome gentleman, I take it that your the table....ten is it?
Sonic looked at the group and was instantly worried as he saw scrouge and his friend along with the headmaster of the school standing their, looking back at him
Scrouge was mostly staring at the blue teen as sonic try to act natural and carry on working by showing them all to their table before giving them all a menu each as they sat down around the one large table
Sonic: would you like any refreshments as you look at the menus sir's
the head teacher looked at Sonic and showed that he was thinking for a moment, making Sonic nervous as he thought he would reconise that he was one of his students but then only asked for two bottles of the fineiest wine that the resteraunt had.
the blue teen felt relived when he walk away to get the order done and head over to Silver who was whacthing the ten and sonic interact the whole time
Sonic: two bottles of your best wine Silver
Silver: Sonic....maybe I should take over this table for now
Silver felt slightly worried when he saw the ten and knew that they were no ordinary customer's since the older males of the group had guns hiding at the side of there waist's and thought it would put sonic in danger if he interact with them any longer.
Sonic: don't worry, if it's about the deaths of the teens from my school then trust me, I won't be one of them
Silver: so you know who they are and how dangerous it is for you right now to be here. why don't you go home for the night before...
Sonic: it's fine, I would be in more trouble with them if I don't serve them since they already had a good look at what I look like
Silver: (sigh)....alright, just be careful please
Silver handed the two bottles of wine that the table ordered and Sonic then walk back up to the table when scrouge was in the middle of having a conversation with the head master
Scrouge: what do you think about hiring more kids to get the drugs out faster melphiles?
Melphiles: we have enough manpower for that and the boss has already said that we should keep on a low since the city has hired two agents from GUN to take us down
Scrouge: GUN you say, those bastards that get the job done....we should find these guys and kill them on the spot like we did with the others
Melphiles: shut your mouth scrouge, we are not dealing with a couple of weaklings. they are stronger than you and me and would do anything to get the job done so don't fucking start anything for now
melphiles said firmly making scrouge show an anoyed expression as sonic listened and poured the wine in melphiles glass
Sonic: is there anything else that I can get you all
Melphiles: no that will be all for now
he shoo Sonic away and the teen was thankful for that but that soon ended as scrouge then spoke for himself
Scrouge: wait blue...my glass is empty and I would also like for you to pour me a glass
'that idoit, is he trying to get me caught by the headmaster'
Sonic: I'm sorry sir but I can't pour any alcholal to a minor, sorry
Melphiles: it's fine, he is with me so it's leagal for him to have one
Melphiles wasn't wrong since a underage teen can drink as long as they were with an adults and a limit of one beverage. sonic went to Scrouges side and pick up the bottle of wine and started pouring while scrouge spoke to him again
Scrouge: isn't it illegal for a underage teen to serve alcohol as well as work this late at night blue?
scrouge question with a smirk to say to Sonic that he was caught out in front of their own head master who question who Sonic was
Scrouge: he is a student in my class and a very close friend of mine, isn't that right blue
Sonic: tsk...yes I am a student but I'm not that close to you scrouge
Melphiles: is that so, no wounder that I thought I remembered you from somewhere. come and see me in my office after school tomorrow and we will have a little chat about this
Sonic couldn't do anything else other than agree to see Melphiles as he then walk away from the table with scrouges ice blue eyes following him
'that asshole, now I'm gonna be in so much trouble is Melphiles decides to report this to the orphanage and I might even have to be forced back there....there got to be away that I can get around this and keep the head master from saying a word to them'
after a couple of hours of serving the ten gang members and other table, it was finialy time to close for the night with Silver then telling Sonic to head home after he cleared the tables
Silver: do you want me to take you home Sonic?
Sonic: no I will be fine, don't worry about me
Silver: well if you are sure then...here this is your tip for tonight and please get home safely
Sonic: thanks and I will text you when I'm home. see you tommorow night
