The scene changes to the next day, in the streets of London. Harry and Hagrid are shown walking as Harry reads from the list that came with his Hogwarts letter
"All students must be equipped with... one standard size 2 pewter cauldron and may bring, if they desire, either an owl, a cat, or a toad. Could we find all this in London?" Harry asks, turning to Hagrid
"If you know where to go," Hagrid says, as he walks over to a door and opens it. They walk in and see several people talking and laughing, as music plays in the background, "This is the Leaky Cauldron," he tells Harry quietly
"Ah, Hagrid! The usual, I presume?" The man behind the bar asked as he saw Hagrid walking by
"No thanks, Tom. I'm on official Hogwarts business today. Just helpin' young Harry here buy his school supplies." Hagrid tells him, patting Harry's shoulder slightly
"Bless my soul. It's Harry Potter!" Tom says, making the pub go quiet as everyone looks over
"I've never seen the Leaky Cauldron that quiet," Evan announces as Adeline nods agreeing with her brother
Everyone already knew there was something different about Harry, especially after hearing McGonagall say that he was going to be famous, but this just confirms it
A man walks up and shakes Harry's hand hurriedly, "Welcome back, Mr. Potter. Welcome back," he says before sitting back down
Harry nods confusedly before turning around, only to be bombarded by another person, "Doris Crockford, Mr. Potter. I can't believe I'm meeting you at last," She says before also shaking Harry's hand
The great hall watches confusedly, wondering why everyone in the pub was so excited to meet an eleven-year-old
A man with a turban on his head is the next to greet Harry, "Harry P-potter. C-can't tell you how p-pleased I am to meet you," he tells Harry with a smile
The golden quartet glares at him and Adeline, Regulus, and Pandora watch him suspiciously
"Hello, Professor. I didn't see you there. Harry, this is Professor Quirrell. He'll be yer Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher at Hogwarts," Hagrid butts in as Quirrell's smile keeps coming and going
"Oh, nice to meet you," the young boy offers his hand, to shake, but Quirrell simply stares at his hand before talking
"F-fearfully f-fascinating subject. N-not that you need it, e-eh, Potter?" Quirrell questions, stupidly as Harry gives him a confused smile
"Why wouldn't he need it?" Narcissa asks no one in particular
Celestia shakes her head and speaks so only the quartet can hear it, "You defeated him as a baby and didn't even remember it, what makes him think you won't need to learn Defense Against the Dark Arts? He was so stupid," Celestia shakes her head. Remus overhears and wonders who Harry defeated
"Yes, well, mus' be goin' now. Lots to buy," Hagrid chuckles as Harry says goodbye before they walk into a back room winery in front of a brick wall, "See, Harry? You're famous!" he exclaims once they get away from everyone
"But why am I famous, Hagrid? All those people back there, how is it they know who I am?" He asks, feeling as if he's endlessly confused
"I'm not sure I'm exactly the right person to tell you that, Harry," the giant responds as he taps the brick wall clockwise with his umbrella. The blocks then magically shift and open up to reveal a hidden, busy street called Diagon Alley, "Welcome Harry, to Diagon Alley"
Lily and James watch sadly because they weren't there for his first Diagon Alley trip
"Here's where yeh'll get yer quills and yer ink," he points out a shop, before pointing to a different one, "and over there all yer bits and bobs fer doing yer wizardry," he continues as Harry looks around amazed at the new world in front of him
