Republic forces in retreat! While rescuing General Aayla Secura from certain defeat, Anakin Skywalker has been seriously injured. After a narrow escape, our heroes crash-landed on the remote world of Maridun. Stranded, and with no way to contact the Republic, the Jedi receive medical aid from the peaceful Lurmen colonists. But even on this tiny planet the war threatens to follow the Jedi....

Commander Bly came out of one of the huts and looked around. He helped two Lurmen carrying a big basket of jogan fruit. The Lurmen thanked Bly by giving Him a fruit, The Commander took a bite of it. Meanwhile, Captain Rex was sitting and took a look at this wound. He noticed a ship flew over them, and immediately looked through his binoculars. His suspicion was confirmed, it was a Separatist ship. He commed Bly.

"Commander Bly, we've got company," Rex said.

"Friendlies?" Bly replied.

"Negative, sir. A droid ship. Coming straight our way," The Captain answered.

"Acknowledged. Get back here," Commander Bly ordered. He put on his helmet and went inside the hut again.

"General?" Bly said when he was in.

"Yes, Commander?" Anakin answered, trying to sat up.

"We've got a Separatist ship, incoming," Bly continued.

"This is neutral space!" Wag Too said, sounding both surprised and scared.

"It won't be neutral for long, not if the Separatists have their way," Anakin told Wag Too "Help me up," He said.

"Don't struggle! I'm sorry, but you're still too injured to move," Wag Too said while pushing Anakin back down.

On the outside, The Lurmen people watched anxiously as the Separatist's ship landed. Tee Watt Kaa walked into the hut the Jedi stayed in.

"What menace have you brought to our village now, Jedi?" Tee Watt Kaa said with an accusing tone.

"Father, you can't blame them," Wag Too reasoned.

"He's right! The Separatists don't even know we're here," Ahsoka stood up and refuted.

"And they can't know. We've got to hide" Aayla added.

"Your presence here endangers us! You must leave, before your enemies find you," Tee Watt Kaa said angrily.

"But you'll need our help. You can't fight them alone. Mercy has never been Separatist's quality," Sérena said and walked to Tee Watt Kaa.

"We will not fight them at all. We would rather die than to kill others," The elder Lurmen said rather bitterly.

"You're going to surrender? But how can you..." Ahsoka said, prexpeled.

"Ahsoka, stop. If the Lurmen want to remain neutral, we won't force them into war," Anakin stated.

"See to it that they leave. I must see what our new visitors want," Tee Watt Kaa walked away.

Wag Too gave Sérena and Ahsoka some jogan fruits, The clones helped Anakin stand up "Take it easy, sir. We'll assist you,"

The group left the hut and looked for a way out.

Tee Watt Kaa approached the Separatist that just stepped out of their ship.

"I am General Lok Durd of the Separatist Alliance," The seppies general introduced himself.

"I am Tee Watt Kaa, leader of this colony. What do you..." Tee Watt Kaa was interrupted.

"You are now under the protection of the Separatist Alliance. I congratulate you on your good fortune," Lok Durd said and walked by Tee Watt Kaa and acted indifferent.
