(Pacifica's POV)
My feet sloshed in puddles as I walked through the forest. It was raining but not heavily. I heard some twigs crack. I backed up behind a tree, hoping that I would be hidden in the shadows. I risked a little peek at what was there from behind the tree. My heart skipped a beat as I realized who it was. Dipper. I felt heat rise to my cheeks. What is he doing here? He was looking around aimlessly and occasionally opened a book and looked through it. I frowned as I realized what it was. It was the same book he brought when he was hunting down the lumber jack ghost. The one that had information about the supernatural. I wonder how he got it. My feet slipped and I fell. That itself wasn't that bad, but I was on a hill so I rolled all the way down it and stopped right at dippers feet. Ugh, looks like karma came to bite me in the butt. Um hey Dipper, what are you doing here at this time of day I said my voice unnaturally high pitched and creaky. I could ask the same of you Pacifica! He said with a cute boyish smile that suited him well. He was in his pj's and I asked do you know that you aren't wearing shoes? My voice still sounding off. He didn't acknowledge my voice or asked if I was spying on him which I thanked my lucky stars for. I got tired of Mabel acting crazy so I came out for some fresh air, as for the shoes I didn't notice until now he said wiggling his feet. I laughed my voice turning normal and the heat leaving my face, until I realize I'm still on the ground at dippers feet. Here he said with a smile and offered his hand. I grinned to myself as I grabbed it. When he pulled me up he asked so you know why I'm here so why are you here? My smile faded as I said I needed some time to well... Be myself away from... My voice faded off. I looked at my feet as dipper asked are things getting better. I guess so I said not really meaning it. I looked down and blushed as I realized that we were still holding hands. I should let go... I thought. But I don't want to I thought as I looked Dipper straight in the eye and smiled.
