Dream

She held me tight, so tight I woke up panting,
Her body stood in front of me, so daunting.
Bloodshot eyes and gray pale skin, her appearance,
Torn clothes and dry blood clots
around her body,
Her aura sparked an haunted radiance,
She came murmuring the same melody.

Sighed, that it was a dream I fell back to sleep,
Just a bad nightmare nothing serious or deep,
Until, I saw that shadow appear again,
Leaving behind that exact stain.
Her lips curved into a smile and eyes took out the soul in me,
Darkness took over after she said, " I'll never let you live free"
