Adelaide and Zećira sat on the cozy porch swing, the soft glow of the setting sun casting warm hues over their faces. A light breeze rustled the leaves in the trees, and the scent of freshly bloomed flowers filled the air. Adelaide's heart danced with anticipation as she turned to her best friend, Zećira, who was sipping on a cup of chamomile tea.

Zećira glanced at Adelaide, a knowing smile tugging at the corners of her lips. "So, Andy" she began, her voice laced with curiosity, "How did your date with Sam today?"

Adelaide's face lit up, her cheeks turning a shade of rosy pink. "Oh, Zećira, it was amazing!" She couldn't help but gush. "We went to this charming little café for breakfast in the city, it was so good. Then we went to the National Gallery, how did she know how much I love art? Never mind. Then we went to a park and sat under this massive oak tree and shared little sandwiches and pastries. When we were done she told me she wanted to tell me something."

"What did she say, don't leave me hanging." Zećira practically shouted in anticipation.

"I'm getting there dumbass. She told me how much she loves spending time with me and that she wants to be with me officially. She said she doesn't care what the media says she just wants me." Adelaide's heart fluttered at the recount of today's events.

"I'm so happy for you Andy, you two are so freaking cute." Adelaide laughed, blushing even more.

Today was double training, this meant they do gym then head out to the fields to do their drills. Bright and early 5:30am before the sun even came up the whole team was situated in the gym.

"Morning, ladies!" Emma called out, her voice carrying a blend of energy and encouragement. "Today's the day we get stronger, faster, and better. Let's make every moment in here count."

With that, the players dispersed to their designated workout stations. The room came alive with the sound of weights clinking, the rhythmic pounding of running on treadmills, and the occasional burst of laughter as they encouraged each other.

In one corner, Adelaide, was already squatting with a barbell on her shoulders, her face a mask of determination as she pushed herself to her limits. Sweat dripped down her forehead, but she didn't flinch. Sam and Caterina M were next to her doing the exact same thing.
