This is a Variant of Spidergirl from universe 898. In this world the spider that gave Petra Parker her spider abilities had a few unnatural side effects due to a medicine she'd been on. This resulted in the venom mutating her into a being stronger than the hulk but with a human appearance. To harness her newfound power and devastating might she began experimenting with every element she could get her hands on even finding some black market metals from other worlds before she made herself a suit strong enough to withstand all the actions she'd take, nimble enough to where it wouldn't restrict her, and then she began experimenting further before finalizing her Titan Spider suit.
