The guests started to leave Taylor's home a hour or two after the clock struck midnight. Taylor was caught in a never-ending cycle of goodbyes, and Alexia found herself propped against the counter, engaged in a lively chat with a noticeably more intoxicated Gigi. She was, after all, the one person Alexia felt at ease with in this sea of unfamiliar faces.

Gigi, in her usual unfiltered manner, casually inquired, "So any interesting men you've fucked lately?"

Alexia a bit startled by that question chuckles lightly, "No not lately. How are you and Zayn?"

Gigi, bursting with enthusiasm, practically erupted. "Oh, Perfect! I love him so much! He's the most gorgeous best boyfriend ever!-" Gigi screams loudly and gets cut off when Alexia slapped a hand over her mouth, offering a gracious smile to the people looking over at them.

"I'd rather not see you trending on Twitter tomorrow morning," Alexia remarked honestly, removing her hand from Gigi's mouth. The comment making the model burst into laughter, and Alexia sighed, muttering, "You're like Courtney 2.0,"

Now with everyone gone, Taylor enters, visibly fatigued. Alexia realizes she may have overextended her invitation and decides to leave.

"Hey Taylor?" Alexia's voice called out to the singer in the living room, prompting Taylor to make her way over.

A warm smile graced Alexia's lips as she took in the sight before her. Taylor's golden locks slightly frizzy due to humidity, and her once perfect eyeliner smudged a bit. Yet, despite it all, she remained undeniably, breathtakingly beautiful in Alexia's eyes.

"Please don't go yet," Taylor pleads when they meet in the kitchen. Alexia gives her a bummed look, conveying her desire to stay but also knowing it's not the best idea.

"Give me your phone," Alexia then demanded, her tone gently authoritative, and Taylor willingly handed over the device after entering her passcode, which is "1313" obviously.

Alexia swiftly navigated to her contacts app, inputting her own number and playfully saving it as "The annoying brunette who won't leave me alone." With a grin, she returned the phone to Taylor to see her reaction.

Taylor glanced at the name Alexia assigned herself in her phone and couldn't help but let out a scoff. "Oh please, that's not accurate, if anything it's quite the opposite." she responded honestly. Taylor couldn't shake the feeling that she was the one who often came across as more bothersome, especially given the memory of that awkward moment when she had panicked and left Alexia stranded in a bathroom after their first kiss.

Alexia's response was swift and reassuring, "That's simply not the case either. You could never be a bother to me, Taylor." Her gaze remained genuine, and she found herself puzzled by why Taylor seemed to hold such a low opinion of herself.

A light, melodious laugh danced from Taylor's lips, an echo of her genuine amusement. "Well, that's only because you don't know me that well yet." Her voice held a playful, teasing tone as she effortlessly elevated herself onto the countertop, they found themselves at the same level, their eyes meeting evenly - a rarity as Taylor often found herself looking up at Alexia.

"I hope to change that." Alexia replied softly, her eyes tracing every move Taylor made as she sat gracefully on the countertop. Her gaze briefly descended to Taylor's enticing, pillowy lips, and Alexia struggled to contain her desire. She swiftly tore her gaze away, refocusing on Taylor's captivating eyes, which seemed to hold an even deeper allure.

Taylor simply responded, her voice low, "Me too," and their eyes locked in a magnetic connection. The way Alexia looks at her, like she's searching for something so deep within, quickly coaxed a bashful smile from Taylor's lips.

Alexia fueled by an unshakable affection, approached the countertop where Taylor sat and positioned herself between Taylor's legs, leaving the blonde momentarily frozen. In a swift motion, Alexia enveloped Taylor in a tight but tender embrace, hugging her firmly.

Taylor reciprocated, her arms circling around Alexia's neck, drawing her closer. Alexia relished in the moment, savoring the sweet aroma of Taylor's perfume before reluctantly releasing her. She could have remained in that embrace indefinitely. The rapid comfort she felt with Taylor left her questioning; she had never experienced love before, never met anyone who seemed worth it. Her history was marked by one-night stands.

"Text me or call me, okay? I want to hear from you," Alexia emphasized, making her intentions clear. Taylor responded with a feigned attitude "Yes, ma'am."

Rolling her eyes, Alexia added,
"Thank you for inviting me. I had a lot of fun. I'm gonna head home to listen to your album," and playfully spun around on her heels.

"Anytime. You were one of the few who didn't annoy me tonight,"  Taylor admitted with a chuckle and watched Alexia's long hair flow from the movement. "Let me know how you enjoy it."

"Will do," Alexia assured before retrieving her belongings from the counter and heading for the kitchen's exit.

Unbeknownst to Alexia, one of the songs on Taylor's new album, titled "You Are In Love," had been inspired by a night weeks after the Met Gala when Taylor couldn't help but think of her and Alexia's situation. It was a secret that she hoped to share someday.

As she departed, Taylor called after her, "Your movie better be good on Monday! Congrats!"

Alexia chuckled to herself and closed the door, spotting her security approaching. During her elevator descent, all Alexia could think about was when she could see Taylor again. She couldn't deny it any longer-she was falling hard, and was determined to take things further with Taylor. Whether she liked it or not, these feelings were not going away anytime soon. Fortunately, she did like it.
