Ryker pov:
School is boring the shit out of me, I was lucky to survive the whole day. Now I get to go bother my girlfriend, she should be practicing cello by herself in the music room. She usually does this after-school on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
I wave some of my friends off and fist bump Jay as I go to find her. Moving through the less crowded halls I soon hear the sweet sound of her music fill my ears. Going up to the music room door I hide a bit so she doesn't see me yet.
I'm mesmerized by her. Long red hair, beautiful blue eyes, a cute button nose, a smile that made my knees weak and her freckles… God I love her freckles. They're like stars on her face, spotting around enough to make her look even more beautiful.
She gracefully works her hands along the strings, holding them to elect a new sound from the instrument. She has a small smile on her face as she plays, her eyes moving from the sheet of paper and over to where I was kinda hiding.
"I can see you, pretty boy." She laughed and stopped playing for a moment, waiting for me to enter the room.
"I didn't want to interrupt your session. I like watching you play." I chuckled and moved into the room, setting my bag on the floor.
"You could stand to learn an instrument since you gave up soccer." She rolled her eyes but smiled, a small blush on her cheeks.
"I know plenty of things already. Why don't you learn to relax?" I pull up a chair behind her and sit down, resting my chin on her shoulder.
"Wish I could, my mother doesn't allow it. Be lucky I'm even dating you." I knew she meant it more as in her mother being kind of overbearing rather than a narcissistic thing.
"I'm grateful everyday. Now why don't you try this." I wrap my arms around hers and lift them up to start playing again. She giggled and let me have my fun.
Instead of her stiff, robotic, and beautiful playing from before she seemed to relax in my touch, allowing me to help her. I'm incredibly close to her, my body pressed close to hers as I guide her to play. Her head relaxes back on my shoulder as she plays, a bigger smile on her face.
"What's your play here, pretty boy? You trying to get something?" She craned her neck to look at me and I swear my heart skipped a beat.
"N-no. I just like being near you." I look away a bit, my face feeling hot from her gaze. My face burns when she kisses my cheek, a giggle escaping her lips after.
"I'm glad you're not like other teenage guys. They seem to only care about sex." She huffed out, focusing her gaze back on the sheet of paper.
"I don't care about that. If you said we could never do it I'd be okay with that. Being near you is enough for me." She's so warm. Her hands are soft and her hair smells of cinnamon. I love her but I don't want to say it yet. We've only been dating for 4 months.
"You're just sweet talking me, Ryker." She scoffed at me, a blush on her cheeks. I smiled and pressed a chaste kiss to her cheek before standing up.
"Not at all. I mean it. Now besides your obvious embarrassment, do you wanna get food after you're done? My treat." She smiled and nodded her head. I was gonna leave so she could focus but she waved me over to her.
Going closer to her made me feel nervous. She grabbed me by my shirt and pulled me lower. She placed a kiss on my lips, it was slow and caring. When she pulled away she pushed me back and focused back on her sheet again. I licked my lips and looked away, flustered by her assertiveness.
