Alex had been avoiding Regulus. She couldn't face him. She shouldn't be getting involved in his life. She was tempting fate and fate would not be kind to her but she'd grown accustomed to his presence. He would sit with her and study and he'd walk with her to their shared classes. But now Alex would study in her dorm room. She'd make sure she'd gotten to class late and sat far away from him.
It bothered Regulus more than he'd like to admit that Alex was ignoring him. That she'd see him in the hallway and go back the way she came. He'd told Pandora about Alexandras behaviour and her face paled when he told her. She didn't know how to tell her best friend it would be better for both of them.
When Regulus would go to the library and study the light coloured cat would join him. Sometimes sitting on the table where he studied or sometimes sit on his lap. Regulus didn't mind the cat but he did find it incredibly strange when Remus Lupin had walked into the library one afternoon and saw the cat and starting laughing at the sight. The cat had practically hissed at him and tried to claw at him. But he just continued to laugh.

Alex, James, Peter and Sirius made their way to the Shrieking Shack. Remus would already be there. Regulus was doing his rounds when he came close to the Whomping Willow and saw Alex and The Marauders come close to the dangerous tree. He was about to shout for them to stop when the tree sounded like it started to hum. Alex rubbed the bark and the tree shook with glee. James and Sirius laughed and Peter smiled before tapping the tree a couple times.
Regulus couldn't believe his eyes. When he thought it couldn't get any weirder the four teenagers walked down into the hole and disappeared. Regulus curiosity got the best of him and he came close to the tree. The tree sensed him and started swatting its branches around him. Regulus was fast though. He managed to get hit a few times but he slid into the hole. He slid and then then came to a dark and dump cave. The cave had a passageway and Regulus could hear the faint sound of laughter. He slowly made his way down the cramped passage way and before he knew it he was in the shrieking shack. He could hear Alex laughing and James saying something stupid.
"Here Remmy, dad just finished brewing it." Alex said and handed Remus the wolfsbane potion.
"Kit...Prongs, Im internally grateful for these. They cost an absolute fortune." Remus sighed before chugging the drink.
"Moony, we'd do anything for you okay." James said before grabbing the vial from Remus. "You feeling okay?" Sirius asked. "Absolutely lovely." Remus faked smiled. "Alright on tonights agenda. Alex you are not allowed to chase Peter anymore. Its not fair." James said looking at his sister who scowled at him. "Pads try be careful, we do not want the spiders to chase us again." James shivered. "That was a good night!" Sirius said smiling. Alex nodded and high fived him.
