CHAPTER ONE
A beautiful lady with deep black hair in lustrous curls and sapphire like blue eyes sat up in her huge bed. She looked beside her. Her husband wasn't beside her. She found him combing his hair in front of the mirror. Smiling, she walked to him and wrapped her arms around him. He kissed her cheek.

"Good morning, love" He said.
"Why are you out of bed?"
"I'm dropping Princess at school."
"Kevin. We have four drivers."
"I need to talk to her teacher."
"Ok."

The handsome man stood up and adjusted his black suit.
Kevin Castles. He was 31 and the owner of two popular hotels in Canada. His father, a business tycoon, pushed him to success. His bright blue eyes and silky, bangy black hair made him the dream of every woman. But he only ever had eyes for his wife, Sable. Her dad was a friend of Kevin's and a business associate. They had met in the office and their parents didn't forbid their love. So few years later, right out of school, they got married.
For two years, they craved for a child of their own. And then they were blessed with the cutest little baby they named princess.

They left their room and went down the hall. They stopped at a pink door with Princess written on it with dark pink ink. Their little daughter was a big fan of pink.
They mentally prepared themselves for the larger amount of pink they were about to face. Kevin opened the door and they both walked in.
Princess was sitting on a plush pink seat in front of her mirror. Her nanny, Janelle was brushing her hair gently. Princess smiled, seeing her parents.

"Morning daddy. Morning mommy."
"Hi, princess!" Her mother replied and kissed her cheek. "Are you ready for school?"
"Yes. Daddy's taking me today."
"I was told."
Janelle strapped on Princess's black sandals and straightened her bright pink gown. Princess faced her mom who picked a bottle of perfume and sprayed it lightly on her.

They all went downstairs. Janelle packed Princess's lunch bag and handed it to Kevin.

A black convertible was waiting for them. Princess got in and strapped her seat belt. She loved this car. When she had bruised herself, daddy couldn't find any other car keys except for this one and it was the one that was used to take her to the hospital. She liked to think of it as the car saved her life. Actually- the car and daddy- saved her life.

Kevin entered the car and began driving. He looked at us smiling daughter. She had her mother's silky black hair. It was currently brushed down and the right side held away from her face with a black pin. Her eyes were a copy of his,and they were looking up ahead with excitement. Unlike most kids, Princess loved school. Whenever he saw her admiration for school, he thought, most kids are dum. Because his Princess was definitely very smart. Those same blue eyes reminded him of her birth. She was born with crossed eyes. And he had unhesitantly paid two million dollars for them to be corrected with the assurance of those eyes remaining perfect.

He made sure her life was the best, and didn't let her lack anything. If princess wanted a new pink convertible, then they were buying one. If Princess asked to go to Russia to visit a zoo, then their Visas were going to be cleaned out. If Princess asked for a new laptop, then she was getting one. This kid was his all, and the thought of her unhappiness made him cringe.

He loved this kid. He and Sable dreamed of having three kids. But after Princess's birth, Sable was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Her reproductive life was practically over. Money was spent on treatment, for Sable to remain healthy. But she could never give birth again. They accepted this. So Princess was their all. That's why she had that name. She was as precious, important, and special than a princess.
