A/N: Exams are over!
Christmas is near!
And I haven't updated in weeks.
Enjoy this...Marcia's POV
Honestly, Mondays are absolute shit.
We begin with having to wake up early, then making our own breakfast, then we have to deal with our favourite driver being out of town, then we deal with frigging Maths being the first two periods.
Anyone else with a shitty schedule?I dropped my bag in my locker and picked my text and note book.
Don't get me wrong.
I LOVE maths, it's just that it's periods can be... what's the word?... excruciatingly annoying.
Yh.
I turned to my best friend.
She was at the verge of tears. I could never define maths like that for Princess."Princess."
"Yh?" She answered in a tiny voice.
"We're only dealing with variation."
She banged her locker close then turned dramatically to look at me.
"Only????"
"Only."
"Marcia, the way I see the world, it's that everyone has their own point of view. And everyone has a choice of how they grow things. You choose to see maths as simply trying to find x in a jungle of X's and Y's. While I choose to see it as throwing me into a boiling volcano of numbers which will earn me absolutely nothing."
"Ok, then pretend to see flowers all around that volcano and when you swim out of the numbers, you pluck a flower. A plus."
I said and turned to my locker she sighed and I know she was thinking-who put the flowers in the volcano?
I got a pen and we headed towards our class.
"I called Leo, by the way."
"And?"
"He was busy so he said you would meet in school"
"Busy with what?"
"I dunno"
"I swear to the god of the internet I will drown him in a toilet bowl of I don't meet him by the end of school"
"You see what I was talking about? You're CRAVING his attention. Actually, everybody's attention."
"No, I'm not."
"Yes, you are." I said and walked into the class.
The teacher, Mr. Elisha, was writing stuff on the board. On the top, was PARTIAL VARIATION. I smiled and walked over to my seat, not even bothering to look at Princess.
Princess's POV
I AM NOT SOME ATTENTION SEEKING BITCH.
Am I???????No.
I'm just worried I won't spend enough time with my cousin before he goes off to college. And I'm mostly worried, cuz he's either going to Illinois or Seattle, according to him.
So, no. Not attention seeking."No, I'm not." I argued.
"Yes, you are."
Then she entered the class. I bit my lip and followed suit.
Look at the board or not? Look at the board or not?Fuck it. I'm looking.
Oh, hell no. Why did I look.
WHAT IN THE NAME OF MY GRANDMA'S SHOE IS PARTIAL VARIATION?????
Leo's POV
After dragging myself off of Alicia's bed, I had a lazy bath, pulled on my clothes and drove my lazy ass to school.
