A Nightmare Comes True Part 1: Opening Salvo

In Captain Mutiny's castle, he was meeting with an Egyptian Sorcerers Monster, and said, "Hexuba, you must eliminate all of Earth's defences so I can capture the planet."

Hexuba turned to him and replied, "Funny you should mention it, since I already have a plan to do just that!"

"Plan sman! You're all talk! I need action!"

She bowed, "But of course, you big salty dog."

"Then hurry up! Destroy those fools!" He shook his hook hand at her, "Fail me and I'll make you walk the plank!"

"Ay, ay, Captain."

On Earth, at Sci-Twi's house, she, along with the rest of the Humane 7, and Dawn and Goh were doing research. After a bit of this, Dawn let out a yawn, "I think I'm going to head back to the base and turn in." She turned to Goh, "What about you?"

Goh began, "I think I'll stay a little longer and help with the research to get back. Besides Ii-m." He let out a yawn, "I'm not even tired."

Nodding, Dawn got up, "Alright, just none of you overdo it."

Sci-Twi told her, "Don't worry, we got this. Studying all night to find answers, to ace a test, whatever it is, we can do it."

Sunset added, with some uneasiness, "Yeah, all night."

Sometime later, Dawn, holding her tired Piplup, who was rubbing his eyes, entered a house, where she saw Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, Rabbit, and Eeyore on the couch in front of the TV. Tigger and Rabbit were fighting over the remote, with Rabbit saying, "Let's watch the gardening show!"

Tigger insisted, "No let's watch something else!"

Piglet suggested, "Perhaps we could watch a show that lasts a little longer?"

Changing the TV, Tigger said, "How about this one?"

Rabbit quickly grabbed back the remote and changed it again, "No this one."

Dawn entered and asked, "Hey guys. What are you all doing?"

Eeyore explained, "Trying to find something to watch. Not that I have any ideas about it."

She then asked, "And everyone else?"

Pooh answered, "Oh, Ash, Serena, Yuya, Zuzu, and Celina are all asleep."

Giving out a yawn, Dawn said, "I think I'll join them. Don't stay up too late guys."

As she walked upstairs, Pooh told her, "We won't."

While Dawn settled down for bed, unknown to her and the others, they were being watched, via a crystal ball being used by Hexuba. She was watching them from the top of Crystal Prep's roof, alongside Barbarax, Deviot, and a pharaoh-themed Monster. She laughed, as her crystal ball flashed the images of the sleeping Dawn, Ash, Serena, Yuya, Zuzu, and Celina, "Excellent. Some of them are already asleep and I'll be their worst nightmare." She looked over to the others, "You all know your parts of my plan, right?"

All three of them nodded, "Right."

"Good. Deviot, you're up first to enter the dream world. It's time to turn their reality into my nightmare."

In the dream world, Ash awoke, alongside Pikachu, and found himself standing in a stadium on the battlefield. Confusion took over his face, as he turned to his trusty partner and asked, "Um, Pikachu, do you know what we're doing here?"

Pikachu shook his head in equal confusion, "Pi, pi, pi."

Just then, Deviot teleported onto the opposite side of the battlefield, and laughed, "Welcome to the dream world, courtesy of Hexuba!"
