Chapter 4

-NEXT DAY-

Rodrick stops at the front of the middle school in his van as Anya stops with her motorcycle in front of him.

"Anya!" Both Greg and Rowley say waving at the girl happily as she waved back.

"Hey boys." She says lifting her helmet.

"Get in." Rodrick tells Greg and Rowley. "Why? What are you doing here?" Greg asks.

"Mom said she pay me Mom bucks if I drive you home from school." Rodrick says chuckling as he high fives his friend next to him completely missing his hand.

"We'd rather walk." Greg tells him.

"Get in! Now!"  Rodrick says.

"What happened to the seats?" Greg asks looking at the mess inside.

"Oh I needed the room for my new equipment." Rodrick says pushing Rowley into the back.

"How'd you have the money for that?" Greg asks.

"Mm you know. Mom bucks." Rodrick says closing the door.

Rodrick walks towards Anya as she gives him a look.

"What?" He asks.

"Be careful with them i'm being serious Rodrick." She tells him as he smiles goofily.

"I know. Go ahead i'll be kinda behind you." He says walking towards the passenger seat of his van.

"See ya!" She says turning her engine on and leaves.

Rodrick steps on his gas making Rowley and Greg start screaming as they lose balance.

"We got to figure out what song we're playing at the talent contest." Rodrick tells his friend Ben as the two young boys in the back continue screaming and falling.

"Easy. Devil's Diaper." Ben says.

"A ballad? Really, dude? We got to lift them out of their seats!" Rodrick tells him as he sees Anya driving a few feet away from them on her motorcycle.

" l got it!" Ben says.

"Exploded Diper!" They both yell out.

"Slow down, guys! Slow down!" Greg yells out.

"Whoa!" Greg flys on his back as Rowley's butt goes on his face making him groan in disgust.

Rodrick breaks to a stop harshly as Anya waits for them on the sidewalk.

"Hey Anya." Rodrick says smiling as he slides the van's door open as Rowley and Greg come out looking like they've seen a ghost.

"Really Rodrick." She says sighing as the two boys hug her.

"What?" He says innocently.

"Go inside boys." She tells them making them nod.

"Hey Anya." Ben says as Rodrick smells a boot making a disgusted face as he throws it back.

"So after I drop Ben off I was thinking if you wanted to go get new equipment with me?" Rodrick asks her smiling.

"Sure why not." She says smiling.

"Yes! Ooo can we get hot dogs after?" He asks her as Ben gets in the back and Rodrick opens the door for her.

"Yes we can Rodrick." She says chuckling.
