Pokemon: Road to Fire Type Master

Chap 7: Battle 4 (Owen vs. Amelia)

Amelia was currently in her room at the Pokemon Center looking over Owen's battles so far looking for a connection between them. However, each of the Fire Type specialist's battles was more different than the last, making it impossible for Amelia to predict his fighting style.

Amelia: "I do have my work cut out for me, but my Enternatus is going to secure my win here."

Amelia then left her room and headed to Silver Stadium with her strongest Poison Type Pokemon on hand. Meanwhile, Owen was already in his locker room waiting for the signal to enter the battlefield. He was looking at the Pokeball that contained Reshiram. It was different from a normal Pokeball. It was all white except for the line in the middle which was a fire red colour. Right now, Owen was smirking. There was a reason for that, and part of it involved two certain female trainers of the Kanto/Johto Elite Four along with the other winners of the other brackets in the tournament.

(Flashback)

Owen was walking to his locker room with his strongest Fire Type Pokemon on hand. Along the way, he saw the winners of the Psychic, Ground, Bug, Normal, Ghost, Grass, Water, Rock, Steel, Flying, and Fairy Type brackets approaching him.

Owen: "Well if it isn't the winners of the other brackets, aside from Amelia Shirai of course. What do you want?"

Joel: "We came to wish you good luck of course. You will need it against Enternatus."

Ricky: "Yeah, that Pokemon is the main reason why Amelia has been winning all of her battles."

Raven: "Yeah, that Legendary Pokemon is very OP."

Owen: "I have seen how powerful Enternatus can be, and man is that thing a beast."

Becky: "Do you even have a Pokemon strong enough to match Enternatus?"

Owen: "I do, and before you ask, no. It is not my Infernape."

Naomi: "What is it then?"

Owen: "You'll find out soon enough, my friend. I will be saving it as my last Pokemon as well."

Roman: "Well, OK. Just as long as you get the win with it."

Angela: "Yeah, good luck Owen."

Julia: "You're going to need it."

Jey: "We'll be cheering you the whole way."

Smiling, Owen resumed walking to his locker room when he saw Lorelei and Karen waiting by the door. Seeing their boyfriend, the two female members of the Kanto and Johto Elite Four walked to their boyfriend.

Owen: "What's up lovebirds?"

Lorelei: "We came to wish you good luck of course."

Karen: "Yeah, this is the finals of the tournament and the biggest match of your life so far. And we thought we were making our boyfriend more confident so that his chances are better off at winning."

Smirking, Owen looked at his two girlfriends and kissed them. And soon enough, he was in his locker room, waiting to face Amelia and her Poison Type Pokemon.

Soon enough, Owen was walking toward the battlefield, ready for the biggest match he's ever had since he became a trainer. Meanwhile, everyone was up in the stands, ready to see if Owen truly had enough power to defeat the Legendary Enternatus and Amelia Shirai. In fact, the inaugural Alola Champion, Ash Ketchum, was even in attendance for the match!

Ash: "Wow, I can't believe this is it. Owen Santos vs. Amelia Shirai for the chance to replace Agatha in the Elite Four."

Leon: "Where were you after all this time by the way?"
