"Should I shock him?" Travis asked while I dried my hair with a towel and walked out of the bathroom, and I bit back a small smile, amused. "He apologizes."
"No thanks, Travis," I said and tossed the towel into my hamper while I shook my head. "Did you tell him to take the bread out of the oven so that it doesn't get burnt?"
"It has been done," he confirmed, and if he had a head, then he would have nodded. "The bread is on the cooling rack and the other one is in the oven."
I bit back a sigh and nodded while I pursed my lips in annoyance.
"He has also cleaned the kitchen."
I raised an eyebrow and cocked my head, impressed. "He did?" I inquired, surprised.
"Yes," he replied.
"And he did not try to contact Finley?" I asked, talking about the cleaner that comes about once a week to deep clean the house while we pick up after ourselves every other day when she wasn't there.
"He did not," Travis replied, and if he had a head, then he would shake it. "He did it by himself. He does however want you to get dressed in nice clothes."
I narrowed my eyes and scowled. "Why?" I asked, suspiciously and slowly growing tense. "What does he want to do?"
"I have been told not to tell you," Travis said. "You are needed to dress for warm weather and for somewhere fancy."
"Travis," I warned and narrowed my eyes further while I scowled. "What does he want to do?"
"Get dressed in nice clothes, and he will let you know," Travis said. "You still have to pack for your vacation as well."
I bit back a sigh and moved a hand across my face before I shook my head. "Why does this happen to me?" I asked, and Travis chuckled.
"Because Robbie knows he made you upset. You are to be finished getting ready by 6:30 pm."
I wrinkled my nose and pursed my lips. "What?" I asked. "Why? That isn't that long." I glanced at the clock to see that I had about thirty minutes to get ready and packed.
"That is what he said. Get ready."
I huffed and rolled my eyes, defeated. "Fine," I said. "I'll get ready. Go ahead and shock him for me, please."
"Of course," Travis said, and I bit back a smile while I went to my closet to get ready. "It has been done."
"Thanks, Travis," I said while I went into it. "You are the best."
"Of course, Ms. Kent. Of course."
And with that, I closed my door and started to get ready, wondering what plans Robbie had set for me.
Hopefully it wouldn't cause people to assume we were dating, I thought with pursed lips, and a blush appeared on my face. Because that would be something that I did not want to explain...

"What if she doesn't come down on time?" Robbie asked while I walked down the stairs dressed in a blue dress, heels, a necklace, earrings, bracelet and my hair done in a half up and half down style. Worry filled his voice, and my heart skipped a beat.
"I am sure that she will come and be ready," Travis said. "Do you want to see where she is?"
"No," Robbie replied. "No, no it's fine." He paused and cleared his throat, and I had a feeling that he shook his head. "How much time does she have left?"
"Five minutes, Mr. Kent," Travis replied. "She has five minutes before she is late."
"Then I guess I am lucky," I said, and Robbie walked out of the room he was in while I finished walking down the stairs. I tucked a strand of hair behind my ear while he stared at me with an open mouth.
