Kaiyah POV
Keontae had set up for my mom to watch the girls so we could have one on one time with Damir, his birthday is tomorrow and were going to take him to the mall so he can ride some rides and just have time with us.
We had just dropped the girls off, I feel kinda sad because this is my first time being away from them but im excited to be with Mir.
Keontae: Mir, are you excited to have time with mommy and daddy
Damir: Yes, no babies
Kaiyah: Are you going to be scared on the rides
Damir: I a big boy mommy. I not scared
Damir indeed was not afraid of the rides he wanted to keep going and going. We rode rides for at least an hour and a half. Then decided to go down to the aquarium in the mall.
Kaiyah: Damir, youre going to be 3 in a couple hours
Damir: Yup, see big boy
Keontae: Don't you start Kaiyah. You've cried every year the day before, his actual birthday and at his birthday party.
Kaiyah: You know im a cry baby I cry for everything. My baby isn't a baby anymore. I feel like next he will be graduating and we gonna be taking him to college.
Keontae: Taking him to college is a bit much but I get it, the time does fly by.
Damir was in the stroller and Keontae and I just continued to talk as we walked through the aquarium he had fallen asleep so we knew it was time for us to head to get the girls and go home.
Keontae POV
Damir's is three and his birthday party is this evening and also I'm going to ask Kaiyah to marry me today. Ive been helping her set up the yard for the party he was of course having a black panther party. I don't know what his and Kaiyah's obsession with that movie is but im sure if Wakanda was a real place they'd want to live there.
Keontae: Alright, Ive got everything set up, lets get ready before our guests get here.
Kaiyah: You got Mir? Ill get the girls
Keontae: Yes, that's fine
This was perfect because I had laid out the girls clothes so when she goes to get them ready there will be little cue cards that at the end will lead her to the proposal. The first two are with the girls clothes.
Kaiyah POV:
I was getting the girls ready for the party and seen a note on top of Heiress' outfit
Card one: "Hey Mommy, not only are we celebrating brother today daddy wants to celebrate you as well. through out the rest of the day there will be cards with little notes to lead you to your surprise. the first one is under sissy's outfit"
I thought what could this man be up to. As long as his surprise doesn't take from celebrating Mir, im fine with it. I just wonder what this man has up his sleeve.
Card two: "Hey mommy, you found the second card. I know today is about brother so I know youre worried about daddy doing this scavenger hunt for you but I promise it will all be worth it and it won't take any attention from him. Here is your first clue: Before the guest come take us to daddy and go to the place the two of you first met."
I continue to get the girls dressed and head down stairs where Keontae is at. I put the girls in their swings and go sit on Keontae lap.
Kaiyah: Babe I don't know what youre doing but the clue says to go where we first met, I'm going to go but should it take too long? The party starts in an hour
