Addy pursed her lips as she watched Kasif poke at the fire, lashing his tail angrily and grumbled something under his breath. She was nervous around him because of what she had done and his reaction. Vegter walked out of their tent and yawned, gently flicking his tail, he looked towards her and smiled and walked over to her, sitting down beside her and offering her a porkchop. She shook her head, and he watched her then shrugged and started eating the porkchop hungrily.

"Are you ok? You've been watching Kasif all day." He said and shoved more porkchop in his mouth.

"I don't know I'm just nervous around him." She muttered and pursed her lips.

"Hm, was it because of what happened when you moved your leg away from him? You should have a right to do that without fearing that he will hurt you." Vegter said and watched her. "If you'd like I can protect you from him if you're that nervous, but you're one of our best! He just stared. Does it intimidate you that we're all taller than you or something?"

She looked down, it did make her nervous when she saw the males, she wanted a mate taller than her which would mean she would probably have to marry one of the Champions that she worked with. Her father had been looking through the more powerful males to see what mate she could get. She liked several of the Champions, most of them were kind to her, they were all reasonably handsome. She sat back a bit more.

"You can go sleep if you want to, no one's going to judge you or drag you out of the tent to come be with us again." Vegter said and she smiled.

"I guess I could." She said and smiled.

"Go, get your rest, remember we must go fight tomorrow, we all need energy, if anyone tries to drag us out of that tent, I will probably lash out at them without thinking. No one interrupts my sleep, you're safe as long as you're in the same tent as me even if our sleeping bags are all the way across the tent from each other I can protect you I protect Ezra all the time by tackling her. She doesn't like it for some reason."

Addy laughed and smiled.

"Well, I wouldn't like it either if someone tackled me like that." She said and smiled at her friend who just shrugged and flicked his tail.

"She will enjoy it someday; I have confidence in her." He said and she smiled.

"Do you now?" She asked and he smiled back.

"Yes, now enough of this talk, go get some sleep, and eat a porkchop."

"I don't like pork." She said and Vegter stared at her for a minute as they just sat staring at each other in silence.

"You don't like pork?" He asked seemingly offended.

"I was joking." She said at the same time. He frowned and sighed a bit then smiled.

"Alright but go to bed now. Hurry, we can't waste any time on sleep." He said and she giggled. But when she opened her eyes, she saw Kasif watching her, glaring at Vegter. She lowered her head a bit and grabbed her tail then regained her smile.

"Alright, I'll go to sleep, wake me up if anything interesting happens, or dangerous happens." She said and stretched as she got up, walking towards the tent and glancing back at Kasif as he glared at Vegter. She slipped into the tent then saw blue markings and a head peeked in the tent.

"Going to bed so early?" Thalleous asked and raised his eyebrows at the female before slipping in the tent and sitting down next to her, his calming aura engulfing the tent along with the strong sent of lavender that he put off.

"Yep." She said and put her head in her hands, sitting on her sleeping pad and yawning a bit. "We all need our sleep."

"I don't." He purred and smiled. She glanced towards him and felt a smile pull at her lips. Thalleous was a good friend to everyone in the group, and he was the most famous champion, she bet that he would be on the Walls of Time by now. He spun his enchanted sword for a minute in a tricky way and looked towards her with a grin.
