Binding Rings: Chapter 22

"YOU DID WHAT?!"

"I kissed her, and confessed to her how I feel. It felt so right at the moment Suguru. She is the love of my life and I refuse to keep hiding it."- Gojo replied with loving eyes.

"I warned you not to do that! What were you thinking?! If you even were thinking!"-Geto continued yelling at him.

"Nothing happened, will you chill? Im fine and so is
y/n. Both of us couldn't have been happier. Her smile lights up my whole world. The way she looked me in the eyes-" -Gojo kept walking with his dreamy eyes and romantic appearance before Geto slapped him across the face and cut him off.

"Satoru. Why don't get your head together? You could have died for all we know! Sorcerers can't date sorcerers and that is a rule for a reason! What about the love curse-" -Geto continued to snap back at Gojo who cut him off and yelled with disbelief in his eyes.

"Don't give me that bullshit! No one has confirmed of the love curse! It's just some myth! A legend that our Sensei spread to scare us students! You're just mad that it wasn't you!" -Gojo yelled back holding his cheek where Geto slapped him.

"Y/n is like a sister to me...how dare you accuse that I have any romantic feelings towards her?" -Geto said looking a little disappointed and angry.

"You're jealous of me. You always have been. I see how you look at y/n. That's not how someone looks at another who's just a friend." -Gojo continued accusing him.

"Why are you saying this none sense Satoru? Is it maybe because you're scared I might steal her from you? Is that what it is? You're worried that she might fall for me in the end." -Geto continued activating his technique.

"Pft. No way. You're too weak." -Gojo replied turning on his technique as well, before Geto got a call from their Sensei.

"Give me one second."

"Okay, go on."

The two turned off their techniques, as Geto talked on the phone with their Sensei and Gojo just drew circles on the ground with his foot and whistles a tune as if nothing happened.

"Yo, Satoru, Sensei said if we don't get there in 5 he's gonna give us both an ass whooping." -Geto said turning off the call.

"Oh we'll make it back in 5 minutes no worries." -Gojo replied stretching not bothered at all.

"Satoru he meant 5 seconds."

Gojo turned to look at Geto with wide eyes before clapping his hands together and teleporting them back to school.

Meanwhile with y/n.

"Kento...?"- y/n said as she slowly entered back to her house where she lived with Nanami.

"Look who finally showed up. Where were you?" -Nanami stood up from the couch and looked down at y/n ready to scold her.

"I went to the theme park. I just wanted to go out and refresh myself somehow. It's tiring with all of this training we're constantly doing." -y/n said rubbing the back of her neck.

"I took out days from work and sorcery so I could train you undercover, for you to just leave and do whatever you want without even letting me know? I though I taught you better than this-" -Nanami crossed his arms and continued getting mad at her before noticing something.

"Y/n...where did you get that ring?"- Nanami gently grabbed her hand and placed it in his looking at the golden ring on her ring finger.

"What ring-" -y/n's eyes widened at the sight of the ring, she had never seen it before, it's almost like it appeared out of thin air.

"Do you think this is some kind of a joke y/n? Take it off immediately. Why would you even purchase a wedding ring anyway?" -Nanami said looking at her with his serious eyes.

When y/n tried to pull the ring off...it wasn't coming out...she pulled and pulled but only cause herself pain.

The ring wasn't even twisting, it was stuck on her finger like glue.

"Kento...I can't take it out..."- y/n cried out with slight fear in her eyes.

Back to Gojo and Geto.

"You have no respect towards me! Is that what it is?! I go out of my way to make sure you two are safe and yet you still sneak out and do whatever! Explain yourselves!" -their Sensei yelled as Geto and Gojo were bowing on the ground before him.

"I was on a date and I asked Geto to come with me. He didn't want to I forced him he has no fault in this it's all me." -Gojo replied instantly without hesitation and took on the punishment on himself.

"That's not true! I volunteered to go with him and watch after him so he wouldn't get in any trouble." -Geto replied back not allowing Gojo to take on the full punishment.

"3000 push ups right now. No going back to your rooms before you're finished!" -the Sensei commanded and the two started doing the pushups.

"Down! Up! 25!" -the Sensei continued as the boys were doing the pushups in sync before the Sensei noticed something on Gojo's hand.

"The hell? Since when do you were rings?"

"Rings?" -Gojo said looking at his hands and noticed a shiny gold wedding ring on his ring finger.

"RINGS?!"- Geto said and fell on the ground from his push-up and looked at Gojo's hand.

"You sure are a weird one Gojo. DON'T SLACK OFF! UP! DOWN! 26!" -the Sensei said not being bothered by the ring.

"Where did this ring come from? I don't own a ring like this."- Gojo whispered to Geto as they continued doing their push ups.

"It's the result of the love curse...Don't say I didn't warn you..."

An hour and some minutes later, Geto and I finished the 3000 push ups and went up to my room for a bro talk.

"So you're suspecting that y/n has a matching ring like mine? How does that even work?" -Gojo said as he lifted his hand up under the light and admired the ring.

"Most likely. The rings bind the curse and a confession sets off the curse. I will definitely need to dig in more deeply into the curse and see what I can find about it in the library."- Geto said sitting on Gojo's bed.

"Suguru...don't you think y/n might be in trouble? I mean, imagine her Sensei finding out about the ring. I'm definitely sure she's in panic right now." -Gojo said standing by his open window by his desk.

"You got yourselves in this mess. Y/n might not know about the curse, but you did and yet you still dragged her into it with you." -Geto complained leaning back on Gojo's bed.

"I didn't think it was true. Besides, I do love her. I've never loved anyone like I love her. I don't regret anything-" -Gojo was speaking as his eyes trailed out of the window and noticed a small frame running towards his window and once it came closer to his window...the image was clear...it was y/n.
