Hey 👋 readers, another chapter of Her Decision is here again. I hope you all will like it. #MidunPen ✒.

Imagine having an aunt who was so greedy and selfish, she would do anything to get her hands on your family's wealth. Imagine the heartbreak and betrayal you would feel if you discovered this. Would you be able to forgive her? Or would the damage be too great? It's a dark possibility, but one that we should all be aware of. Humans can be driven by their desires, even if it hurts others.

As Aunty Vanessa's cruel voice echoed through the basement, Mrs. Naomi's heart sank. She was trapped, unable to speak or move. The loneliness was overwhelming, like a dark ocean that threatened to drown her. But then she felt a warm hand holding hers, and she knew it was her daughter, Audrey. In that moment, she found the strength to keep fighting. She would do anything to protect her daughter from the danger that lurked in Aunty Vanessa's shadow. But it was all in her imagination. Her daughter was nowhere around her. She missed her so much. But, what could she do?

The sounds above the basement - the footsteps, the muffled conversations - were maddening. She had to figure out a way out of this trap, but first, she had to know who she was talking to. The voice on the other end of the phone was so familiar, but she couldn't quite place it. Was it someone she knew? Or someone she thought she knew? She closed her eyes, trying to focus, but it was like grasping at smoke.

Mrs. Naomi's mind raced as she realized her only hope was her backup phone. It was small and easily hidden, but it had enough battery for one call. She remembered that she could call who she had just imagined about. She dialed Audrey's number, praying that her daughter would answer. Audrey's phone rang, and she saw the unknown number. A shiver of dread ran down her spine as she cautiously answered the call. "Hello?" she said, her voice trembling.

As Mrs. Naomi spoke with her daughter, she felt a glimmer of hope. But that hope was shattered when Vanessa walked in, accompanied by a man she didn't recognize. Mrs. Naomi froze, her heart pounding in her chest. Who was this stranger? Why was he here? She quickly hid the phone, but she couldn't shake the feeling of dread that settled over her. Audrey heard the commotion, and she knew something was wrong.

Alex could hear the terror in Audrey's voice as she whispered into the phone. 'Alex, I'm scared,' she said, her voice trembling. He could hear voices in the background, but he couldn't make out what they were saying. 'Don't worry, I'm going to figure this out,' he said, trying to sound reassuring. But even as he spoke, a terrible feeling washed over him. Something was terribly wrong, and he had to get to the bottom of it.

My lovely readers, I really appreciate your patience, comments, votes and reads. It is motivating. Thanks for everything. 🙃😉🙂😆❤💫
