In a dream, I dreamed a dream,
A world imagined, or so it seemed,
Twisted, turned, and upside down,
Where the impossible was all around. In this dream within a dream,
I sailed on ships of silver sheen,
Through oceans vast and skies so high,
Where stars danced and whales did fly.As I wandered through this land surreal,
I met creatures strange, both friend and foe,
Some with wings, some with scales,
Others with eyes that pierced my soul.In this dream world, I found my way,
A path uncharted, yet clear as day,
Through forests dense and mountains tall,
And over bridges that spanned a waterfall. But as I journeyed through this realm of dreams,
I felt a tug, a force that seemed
To pull me back to reality's grip,
To wake me from my slumber's trip.So with a heavy heart, I bid farewell,
To the dream world where I briefly did dwell,
But as I opened my eyes to the light of day,
I realized that in my heart it would forever stay. For in that dream within a dream,
I found magic, wonder, and all things unseen,
A world where anything is possible it seems,
And where even the wildest dreams come true it beams.
