Chapter 22: If Walls could Talk

Caleb and Sadie both lay asleep in the soft plush bed in the hotel room. The rain drops heavily on the window but it is a relaxing sound that makes them sleep in for longer, the sound of the roaring thunder and the lightening strikes in the sky complimenting the grey thick clouds in the sky.

Weather like this they both enjoy when it comes to staying in. Sadie's leg and arm is around Caleb while he is on his back, his arm being around Sadie with his arm on top of Sadie's hand on his chest.

Caleb's eyes slowly open when repeated knocks are heard at the door, him looking at the time, seeing that it is close to the afternoon before looking back down at Sadie, him giving her a soft kiss on her lips before slowly going to get up, being careful not to wake her.

Rohan smiles while looking at the tickets on his phone, him still looking down at his phone when the door opens. "Hey Sadie you will not believe the tickets I got for us that we can go to...."

Rohan trails off when he looks up to see Caleb, Caleb sending him a smile while leaning his side on the doorframe. "Oh. Caleb."

"Hey Rohan." Caleb greets.

"Hey man what's up? I didn't know you were here."

"Yeah I took a trip up here by car, had to see my girl."

"Right right." Rohan lightly laughs. "Well I'm glad you are here to see her she was a little bummed that you weren't able to catch a flight here and she couldn't come to you either."

"Yeah me too." Caleb nods, him putting his hands in his basketball shorts pockets. "What you got there?"

"Oh just yesterday me and Sadie went to this like shop thing museum and she really enjoyed it so...I had tickets to another one we could go to." Rohan answers.

"Ah." Caleb nods. "I'm sure you can understand, haven't seen her for weeks."

"No definitely understand yeah, maybe another time." He answers.

"Yeah we'll definitely join you then. Thanks Rohan." Caleb says, him going to grab the door knob from the inside.

"Yeah no problem." Rohan responds. "Well...you guys have fun."

"We sure will." Caleb nods before he goes to close the door, him going to lock the door before going back over to the bed.

Rohan just looks at the door with a little huff, a hand going through his hair before he goes back to his room, him closing the door behind him.

"Who was it?" Sadie questions with her eyes still closed.

"Room service." Caleb answers, him going to get back in the bed. "You want some breakfast?"

"Yeah, waffles please." Sadie lays her head back on his chest.

Caleb grabs the menu from the nightstand before dialing the number and putting the telephone to his ear, him going to order the food before hanging up the phone, his arms going back around Sadie. "It will be up here in twenty, I am going to go shower okay?"

"Okay." Sadie answers.

"Love you."

"Love you too." Sadie replies, him giving her a quick kiss on her lips before he goes to get up, him going in the bathroom.

Sadie lays her head on his pillow, her going to stretch out on her back while grabbing her phone when it rings, her answering the FaceTime call with Jenna and Millie. "Hey you guys."

"Okay how do you look that good waking up?" Jenna questions.

"I know I'm triggered I literally look like a living mistake in the mornings." Millie says while giving her hair.
