Chapter 33: Merry Fucking Christmas to us

Sadie feels her eyes open when her alarm goes off, her rolling over on her back and going to grab her phone, her going to turn off the alarm. She sighs while she rubs her eyes a little bit, her honestly barely getting any sleep last night, her just either scrolling through comments or just in deep thought.

And one thing she has learned is that Cadie fans are crazy, maybe a little to crazy and detailed. Most of the comments were on ways Esther could be killed. By multiple stab wounds, a bus or even a plane running over her.

Yeah.

And despite the anger Sadie feels she doesn't wish death on anyone so the comments don't make her feel good, in fact it just makes her feel worse. And on top of that she feels pressured to go on and say something to the public because she doesn't want Caleb being painted as a cheater, she knows without a doubt he didn't do such a thing, but at the same time she needs time to herself, time to just breathe and she feels like she isn't even getting that.

She just feels restless but exhausted at the same time.

But nonetheless Sadie goes to get up, her looking over at Mitchell who sleeps on the other bed. Sadie goes to take a quick shower before getting dressed in just some joggers and and sweatshirt.

She feels especially tired and uncomfortable going into work today because of Rohan too, knowing he is going to be there. She also knows Millie will be there as well with her, so that does bring her some comfort.

Sadie makes her way out of the bathroom, her grabbing her purse and putting her charger in her purse, hearing her phone ding making her look at the message.

My Babe 💪🏿🫠🥰: Morning Precious, thinking about you. Hope you have a good day, and just call if you need anything. I love you so much.

Sadie smiles while she sits down on the bed, her seeing the three dots come up, letting her know he is typing. She smiles more, her awaiting his message.

My Babe 💪🏿🫠😍: I am planning a surprise for you for when we talk. Take all the time you need baby, I will wait I don't care how long it takes, I will wait because you are worth waiting for, you are my everything.

My Babe 💪🏿🫠😍: Whenever you are ready to talk you just let me know and I'm right there. I love you so much precious, only you.

Sadie smiles more, her honestly feeling tears well up in her eyes, her sniffling while wiping some away, her going to begin typing.

Sadie: I love you too Caleb, I love you so much. Thank you.

Sadie clicks her phone off before she goes to leave a note for Mitchell before leaving out of the hotel room, her getting in her car and her going to get a coffee and some breakfast from Starbucks before making her way to the set.

Millie looks down at her phone while she paces a little bit, Rohan being seated in his chair with Dacre and Brittany standing around too, them already done with hair and makeup.

"Can you please stop pacing it's making me nervous." Rohan comments.

"Well I'm nervous!" Millie defends. "Where is she?"

"She'll be here." Dacre replies. "But I don't think we should all bombard her when she comes in."

"True." Rohan replies.

"Millie maybe you can try talking to her?" Brittany questions.

"Yeah I am." Millie replies.

All of them look towards the door when it opens, Sadie making her way inside, going to throw her small food bag away before drinking the rest of her coffee and going to throw the empty cup away.
