Miles Pov after the mission
I quietly enter through my window,A sharp pain in my arm.I'm bleeding badly again.
I take off my mask and place it to my side,I cling onto my arm.I slowly take off my shoes trying not to make noise since it's moms day off.

Fuck I look at the boot that feel too loudly."Miles?Mijo are you alright in there-?"I hear the door slowly creek open,She's coming in think fast miles.
"Yeah give me second!"I take off my suit and throw it too the side with the rest of my dirty clothes so it's not suspicious.
I quickly shove my mask under my bed and I sit on the edge of my bed,My mom open the door and she has a tired expression on her face like always.
Fuck I hate seeing her like this I wish dad was still here...
Her tired expression quickly changes as she see my arm "mijo?que paso?"she hurriedly takes my arm,I wince in pain.
"mamá lo siento.."I replied,she shakes her head and sighs."let me get the first aid kit"She stands up and walks out of my room.She enters shortly after and sits next to me and takes my arm and slowly cleans off the blood.
"What happened?"She asked
"I got in a fight"I respond,It's not really a lie I need get in a fight but I won't actually say with who.
"Miles what have I told you?you need to stop getting in fights I understand that after Jeff-Your father died-"she stops her sentence and I see the tears forming in her eyes,my heart shatters once more I hate seeing her like this.I hug her tightly not wanting to let her go at all.She's the only person I have and I'll do anything to protect her.
"I'm sorry mama"I feel the hot tears rolling down my face, I can also feel my shoulder getting wet as well.
After a while of crying she finally patches up my cut,"thank you mom so much"I say with a weak smile.
"Of course Mijo now get some rest school starts tomorrow..."Her tired smile just hurts me,she pats my back and walks away closing the door.
"Te amo mama"
"Te amo Miles"I hear her say as I slowly drift off to sleep once again.
