The house is silent when we enter,Mami sighs and looks at me,"Mijo I was so scared, you wouldn't even answer anyone calls...You know how horrifying that is? Thinking I might never hear from you anymore, I already lost your dad...I cannot lose you"She puts her hands on my shoulder, her eyes are watering and eye-bags under her green eyes,"Look at you.. You're finally happy... and I haven't seen my son in so long, and I cannot lose him again."
I pull her into a hug,"I'm sorry Mami...I never meant too-"I sigh it's hard to explain to her,I pull away."You overwork yourself too much Mami,you need to rest I know you have shifts tonight"
"About that..I need to go right now,your uncle Aaron should be here soon."I nod,I can feel my expression going slightly blank remembering what I gotta do.
"I'll see you tomorrow"She smiles and grabs her bags and kisses my cheek before walking out through the door and I hear uncle Aaron voice,I turn my head and he enters.
"You ready kid?"

I'm on top of a building,me and my uncle Aaron we're talking the whole thing out.Took longer than expected but hell... I gotta be careful.
"Miles be careful, remember the plan she should be here any moment"I hear him through the earpiece, I see maria."Got my eyes on her"

I jump off the building and land next to her, deeping my voice,"creepy crawlers your not sneaky "
"Neither are you"I hear her scoff and she tries to web me but I dodge,"what do you want?"
"Come to warn you, kingpin wants you dead.. completely gone."I tell her.
"And you're telling me this because...?"
"He offered me lots of money that could help my ma, And I don't want to kill someone who actually helps New York."
She crosses her arms,I wish I can tell her I know who she is and that she's my maria but I can't,"I have a plan"
"What is it?"she replies?
