Imagine if Tarte Tatin was Y/N's mum? That'd be fun to think, right? She may not be much of a journalist, but she certainly is an adventurer.
I mean- if she was Y/N's mum, she could've quit journalism after the dragons did something that made her hate them (maybe killing Y/N's dad??? IDK LOL).
Plus, she knows Hollyberry and is a close friend to her. Y/N knows Hollyberry through Princess and her family, AND she grew up at the palace.
Besides, Y/N barely remembers her parents! And since she was left at the palace as a baby, maybe Tarte Tatin couldn't recognise her considering it'd been more or less around 18 years! ...But then comes the thought of how mothers work with their kids... they'd recognise their child nevertheless. It's a whole special connection, y'all.
It just makes a bit of sense to me, but y'all don't have to imagine it if you don't wanna.
