3rd person POV

Kira lay restlessly in bed, her mind racing with the revelations that had been unveiled to her just a few days ago. The news had struck her to the core, leaving her in a state of disbelief. Amanda, carrying Hunter's child? It seemed unfathomable.

Overwhelmed by the weight of this knowledge, she hadn't shared it with anyone yet, unsure of what to do with such a significant piece of information.

Thoughts swirled in her mind as she grappled with the magnitude of the situation, her emotions entangled in a web of uncertainty. Sleep eluded her as she pondered the implications of this newfound truth, unsure of how it would shape the future for all involved.

Kira's abrupt movement startled Ethan, who had been peacefully resting beside her. Sensing her agitation, he sat up as well, concern etched on his face.

"What's wrong? Can't fall asleep?" Ethan inquired,

Moving closer to her, he gently wrapped his hands around her waist, seeking to provide comfort. Tenderly, he placed a series of soft kisses on her shoulder.

However, Kira's mind was far from the intimate moment he was trying to create. Her thoughts were consumed by the weight of the revelations she carried.

"Were you not satisfied, should we go at it one more time" Ethan asked with a smirk.

Kira clenched her fists tightly, struggling to contain her deep-seated disgust. The mere thought of engaging in intimacy with Ethan filled her with repulsion, surpassing even the hate she held for Amanda's presence. Every encounter with him felt like a violation-an act she endured rather than enjoyed.

He always approached her, summoning her to his room at any time, using her as a mere sex toy of desire. The encounters were always forced and rough, devoid of any genuine connection or mutual pleasure. It was clear that only one of them derived any satisfaction from these encounters, and it certainly wasn't Kira.

Feeling degraded and powerless, Kira found herself silently succumbing to his advances, hoping that the more she acquiesced, the less painful and prolonged the experience would be. She loathed the situation, but protesting or resisting only led to Ethan forcefully imposing himself upon her. It seemed that compliance was the only way to mitigate the distress, even though it left her feeling hollow and violated.

In an attempt to regain some semblance of control, Kira mustered the strength to confront Ethan about his true intentions. She couldn't bear the contradiction between his professed desire for Amanda and his insatiable need for her. The words escaped her lips, a mix of curiosity, frustration, and vulnerability.

"Tell me the truth, Ethan. Do you truly love Amanda, or are you merely obsessed with her because she's Hunter's girl?" Kira's voice trembled with a blend of anxiety and longing for clarity.

Ethan chuckled, his response serving as a painful confirmation of Kira's worst fears.

"You sound like a jealous girlfriend," he sneered, reveling in the power dynamic that he believed gave him control. "Don't tell me that's why you got into a physical fight with Amanda recently. I want Amanda; I enjoy taming girls like her who don't know their place. She's like an adorable baby kitten that constantly needs to be disciplined. Although she seems rather dull in bed, unlike you. I prefer my partners to be wild, just like you."

Kira's smile concealed a seething rage. Deep inside, she yearned for the ability to obliterate him in that very moment.

'If only I could eradicate you from existence,' she thought, her eyes burning with hatred. 'Hunter's world would be brighter without the likes of you.'
