*ZOE'S POV*
Zoe had blacked out after a nurse had dragged her out of the hospital room.
The timid girl woke up to Rosie's voice downstairs, even in her fragile state she couldn't help but smile lightly at the unfamiliar sound of her laugh.
For a few minutes she forgot about everything, it was the first time she'd slept properly since the crash and her mind was somewhat disorientated.
Unfortunately it didn't take long for the flashbacks to begin and her mind was soon swamped with haunting images from the crash.
Without realising, Zoe let out a loud scream as her small body erupted into sobs.
Within seconds Amanda found her shaking in the corner of her guest bed...
Barely 5 minutes later, she'd passed out again.
"Auntie Poppy, look how pretty she is! Does she look like me? Daddy always said she looked a lot like me..."
Zoe awoke with a smile tugging at her lips at the sound of her daughter rambling, she was in a semi - conscious state; not wanting to open her eyes just yet, but fully aware of what was going on.
"Settle down little one, don't wake her up... She needs her sleep.
Go and put your shoes on, we're leaving to go and see Sean in ten minuets"
Zoe almost found herself smiling at how motherly Poppy sounded, but it turned into a frustrated frown when she realised that it should be her acting like that, not Alfie's sister.
"But Poppy, I don't want to go!"
"Enough! We don't have a choice you're coming, like it or not."
Before she could stop to think about what she was about to do, Zoe shuffled into the hallway loudly so they'd know she was there.
"I'll watch her, Poppy... You should go home, spend some time with Sean and your kids?"
Before she could argue, the mother of three found herself nodding slowly; she had children at home that she'd barely seen since the crash.
"Fine, I guess this could work...
Her dinner time is at six, bed time can't be later that half eight, her tranquillisers are in the left hand cupboard in the bathroom, she'll tell you what she wants to eat and please make sure she has a bath"
Before she could continue blabbering, Zoe stopped her with a shocked expression.
"Tranquillisers?! Why the hell does she needs tranquillisers?"
"Rosie has separation anxiety that cause really bad panic attacks, as she's so young we decided along with the doctors that it'd be best to have medication to knock her out to prevent her from hurting herself"
Poppy left shortly after, leaving Zoe alone for the first time with her daughter.
It had been five years and she'd never spent more than twenty minutes with the child.
"I don't want to like you, I'm just doing it to make him happy..."
The girl who was once idolised by millions turned around quickly to find a pair of eyes that were almost identical to her own.
Louise was right, Rosie was the perfect mix of her parents; she had a chubby face with adorable dimples, it was obvious that she'd eventually get her father's sharp cheekbones as she grew older. Her eyes were wide, much like Zoe's, but they were a dark blue colour that seemed to sparkle. The young girl was small for her age and had lightly curled hair cascading around her shoulders that was a dark caramel shade, there was also a darker patch on the side of her fringe, just like Alfie's.
