Falling for all the wrong reasons.

I ran into my privet room and saw the one the only.

Peter Gallo sitting there scrolling through his phone.

"Surprised?" He said jumping up with his little jazz hands.

The expression on my face clearly said I was impressed and he could tell.

"Liv trust me I don't want to be here as the next person"

"There's the amazing father I know" I said this a sarcastic tone.

He pulled something out of his pocket. By the looks of it, it was a kind of crystal.

"I was clearing some old sh!t a few weeks ago and found this in your mothers box. I don't want nor need it so here you go" he dropped the crystal into my hand and I was mesmerised by its beauty.

The memory's of mum came flooding back and it made me smile to myself.

But my dad of course had to ruin it.

"I must ask. WHAT THE FUXK WAS YOU THINKING" he said pointing at my leg and arm. "EVERYONE WHO IS ANYONE WOUDL OF KNOW TO TAKE IT FROM THE INSIDE BUT NO YO-."

Before he could finish I walked out and ran into a pair of arms. I looked up and immediately regretted it.

"Liv you alright?" Lando said looking down at me.

I wiped the tears that was already falling down my cheeks away.

"I'm fine" I said trying to walk away but he got in my way.

"Please liv."

"DONT CALL ME THAT" I snapped.

I know everyone called me Liv but from lando it felt different.

"Please Olivia" he said pleading. I stopped and looked at him. He smiled and I nodded and we both walked into his privet drives room.

What really hurt most was that dad don't come after me. He didn't even come out until the race was over.

"Olivia are you ok?" He said as we both sat down.

"No my dads back" I said clinging to the crystal in my pocket.

"What does he want now?" He said pure anger in his voice.

I pulled out the crystal and stared at it. Lando sat there in silence waiting for me to speak.

"It was my mothers" I said smiling down at the object. Lando just sat there smiling as well for what ever reason. "Dad didn't have a use for it so he came to give it to me" I said and the tears started coming, and quickly.

"She just left me lando" I said through sobs. I know he's not the right person to express this too but I couldn't hold back anymore. "I miss her" I said as lando sat there shocked.

"Do you want me to go get max" he said getting up.

"No, no, sorry i-." Before I could finish he wrapped his arms around me.

We stood there for about 2 minutes. The silence was peaceful. But lando suddenly broke it.

"I know what it's like Olivia don't worry. Your not alone" he said and he broke away from me.

"Sorry I should really go the race is about to sta-." Before I could finish Sara busted through the door.

"Lando I'm here. You called" she said looking him up and down hitting her lip.

"I should go" I said before attempting to make my get away but before I could Sara stopped me.

"Why are you here?" He said with disgust.

"I'm sorry I was just going" I said. She had my wrist in a tight grip.

(The one that's not broken btw)

"Get the Fuxk off me" I said shoving her off. She went flying right into lando arms.

"Olivia calm down" lando said trying to sweeten the mood a bit.

"Down worry. She would need some strength like that with that dad of hers" when she said that the tears started coming again. Of course lando knew about my father problems and I knew he didn't exactly like me but to go as far as tell his fake girlfriend my family problems.

"That's too far, even for you morris" I said before running out. I could hear him shouting after me but I just ignore it and ran as far away as I could.

Race today. I'm actually hopeful lando will get podium but my main bet would be. Russell, leclerc, sainz.
