I woke up the next morning to beeps coming from every which way. I couldn't see a thing due to my vision being blurry.

"My god liv" a voice said. But as my vision cleared I saw lando sitting opposite my bed.

I went to grab my phone but lando stopped me.

"Liv please just rest for a second."

I pulled my arm from his gasp and grabbed my phone.

126 missed calls from all most everyone in my contacts.

Charles ~ my god Olivia.
Charles ~ are you alright
Charles ~ I saw the crash.
Charles ~ I hope your alright.
Charles ~ I'll come visit you tomorrow see you then. X

I saw a few missed calls from dad but I'm only going to guess what there about.

"Olivia why would you do that"

"Olivia I thought I taught you better than that"

"That's such a silly mistake. This is why you shouldn't be in a male dominate sport"

That man can say what he wanted but I didn't care. I loved this sport and I wanted to make mum proud.

"Liv I think we need to talk" lando said looking at me.

I just shrugged him off and opened Instagram.

"Please liv Sam told me this morning. I promise you I had no idea." He said looking at me with desperate eyes. "Olivia please listen to me"

"Honestly lando I don't give a sh!t" I said having enough of him. "I don't give a sh!t about you or this stunt." I just want it over. I said lying through my teeth.

I looked down at my phone and saw it.

Lando Norris and Olivia gallo conform break up after lando Norris seen out late last night with model Sara Reynolds.

The two are know to have history but they soon shut them down when lando and Olivia officially got together.

That was posted a week ago.

I opened my phone again then something caught my eye.

September 10th 2023.

"Iv been in here a week" I said looking up at lando. So I had been in some source of coma?

He just nodded and looked at my with sympathy. "I'm sorry liv"

"No" I said shacking my head. "No no no" I started hyperventilating. I don't know why but the thought of it panicked me.

"Liv calm down" lando said getting up and placing a hand on my shoulder.

I pushed him off and hind my head in my hands.

"I'm sorry liv" he said standing away from me. "I really am" then he left my room.

I hate to say it but I think he's really the main reason why I'm here.

I didn't listen to Richard because I couldn't get him out of my head.

If I had just stopped and thought for a second maybe I wouldn't of ended up here. And of course I'll live with that for the rest of my life.

"Thanks again max for picking me up" I said getting in the car.

The nurse said I had been lucky. If the stewards haven't of been quicker I might not of been here.

Apparently the car had flipped itself and crashed into the barrier at about 120MPH so of course I would come out with major injuries.

"So what's actually wrong with you then" max said laughing.

"Well let's me see. A broken wrist. A spinal injury and a few burns on my leg." I said looking at him with a smile.

"Ok so how long until you can race."

"Three months" I said now sulking. The thought of not racing was like not making it into heaven for me.

"At least I'll go back as the girl who had a major accident."

"I wouldn't be so sure" max said. He pulled out his phone and opened twitter and handed it to me still looking at the road.

I read them aloud in shock. I mean I knew some people liked me but by the looks of things it looked like it was the worlds against me.

I handed the phone back to max and  looked at him.

"Can I go round yours?"

"And do what exactly"

"I don't bloody know what ever. COD. Movie night. Stream. Do what you like I just need company."

"Sure" he said hanging his head with a smile.

"Can ollie come" I said praying for a yes.

"Liv you and ollie are always welcome round" I smiled at his reply and pulled out my phone to message ollie.
