Shadow pov :

Like before it was quite no one was talking or laughing just silent all the time.

I just watch them trying to find Eggman. Sonic was running around trying to find any clue.

They were not really far away from me I just slow down, walking behind them. Suddenly there's a beep coming out from the watch that Rouge gave me. I check on it, there were some few messages from Rouge. I lowered my head to look at the watch

I check on the message, looks like she already found Eggman's location. I read some other messages that she gave me. Some of them are asking me about my situation and for the latest one she said that I need to be careful.

I raised my head before saying anything to them.
"Wait." I said

Both of them stop and looked at me. "What's wrong Shadow?" Knuckles ask.

"Follow me." I said before started to walk Infront of them.

"Hey hey wait up where are we going?" Sonic ask.

"Just follow me faker. I know what I am doing."

•An hour later•

We arrived at the place that Rouge send to me. I looked around at the place. This place looks like an abandoned town. There's no one here. I walk slowly while looking around.

"Where exactly are we?" Sonic asked.

"Eggman's hideout."

"Are you really sure this is Eggman's hideout? We never been here before how could you be so sure about this?"

I rolled my eye in annoyance "Just follow me."

After some minutes of walking, we suddenly saw a huge spaceship Infront of us. Sonic run to the spaceship.

"I'm 100% sure this is Eggman's spaceship" Knuckles said.

We walked around a bit, we found a huge door. The door was open. "Let's check inside" Knuckles said before he walked inside to the spaceship.

Before me and sonic could step in, the door already closed and the spaceship started to fly at the sky.

"Knuckles!"

We saw Eggman fly down to us with his egg mobile. "Well well well... look who it is... it's Sonic the hedgehog, it has been a long time since we saw each other"

"What do you want egghead?!"

Eggman laugh evily "Oh... it's nothing I just want to introduce you to my new creation." He smile evily

Suddenly there was a familiar dark figure land Infront of us.

"Isn't that the robot that kidnapped Tails?"

"You are absolutely right, now prepared for your death, Sonic." Eggman said before the robots attacked us.

The robot attacked us with the laser, he even attacked us with punches and kicks. Both of us managed to dodge it and try to attack the robot on opposite direction of each other.

Before we could punch the robot, it already dodge it before both of us could notice.

How did the robots dodges our attack so fast? How did Eggman even created this robot?

We looked at the robot Infront of us, the robot was gone. I looked at Sonic and notice that the robot was behind him.

"Faker watch out!" I yelled

Sonic didn't have time to avoid the attack. He got thrown away from the attack.

I growled at the robot and fight with it before Sonic join the fight again.

Knuckles pov :

I was shock to see the door that I entered was closed. I looked around while walking slowly.

I while walking around in the spaceship, I found a room that caught my attention. I heard a crying voice coming from the room.

I walk into the room and saw Amy and Tails inside a jail. I rushed to them.

"Amy! Tails!" I said while running to them.

"Knuckles? You're here!" Amy said while crying happily when she saw me.

"I'm glad both of you guys are ok"

"Tails we are save now it's Knuckles!" Amy said while look at Tails. Tails look so scared, there must be so much thing he been went through.

Tails raised his head and look at me, his face look so tired. Oh god what happened to him?

He stand up and ran to me. "It's ok Tails I'm going to help both of you" I said softly while trying to find something to open the jail.

"...You need to pulled the lever" Tails said, his voice sound so weak.

I nodded, I look around and saw the lever, I run to the lever and pull it. The jail was open and both of them walk out from the jail.

"We need to find something to free us from this handcuffs and Tails collar shock" Amy said to me.

Sonic pov :

Me and Shadow are still trying to find out how to fight this robot. Eggman never created a robot like this before, this robot can ran fast (I'm still the fastest though) and it can teleport away. 

Both of us panting heavily after trying to attack this robot, both of us are injured at the same time because of that robot.

"Giving up already?" Eggman chuckles evily while looking at us.

That egghead... I won't let him win easily. I wiped the sweat on my cheek before I stood up again. I was standing in a fighting stance. I was ready to fight the robot again.

"Bring it on!" I said before running to eggman's robot and spin attack him. Even I still failed to attack the robot I still manage to Stand up and fight it again even it will take a million years to defeat him.

Shadow also stand up and decided to help me to fight with this robot. He take out his chaos emerald and chaos control behind him. Shadow kicked the robot by the head. The robot got thrown away.

"Nice job Shadow!" I said happily at him.

"Keep focus Sonic, we haven't win yet." Shadow said while standing in a fighting stance.

"Don't worry Shadow I won't let you down."

"You better not be." He said before both of us run to the robot again to attack him.
