Seungmin sighed, kicking Jeongin and Hyunjin out of his room. "Don't think we won't come back tomorrow!" Hyunjin called before closing the door behind the two of them. Seungmin chuckled, shaking his head at them.
He stood up from his bed, looking around his hospital room. It was time for dinner.
The brown haired boy got himself into the hospital a few days ago, when he managed to break his left arm. It wasn't anything serious, just a simple broken bone, but his friends were making it bigger for no reason. They even swore they would come to see him everyday.
Seungmin walked to the hospital cafeteria, asking the nurse to bring him the food while he sat at one of the empty tables. He knew the table wouldn't stay empty for long as the cafeteria was almost full, but it still felt nice knowing he didn't need to be the one making the awkward talk while asking if he could sit down.
"Hello," the black haired girl beeped quietly, placing her tray with the food opposite him. Seungmin looked up, forming an awkward smile on his lips before he greeted her back.
The nurse came to the table shortly after, placing the tray with Seungmin's food in front of him before she left to the other patient who needed help. He looked down, scanning the food on his plate. If he was completely honest, it didn't look the greatest.
"It's not as bad as it looks like," the girl opposite him proclaimed when he frowned at the food. "The new cook is actually quite good, the last one made the food look bad and taste bad, too."
She chuckled quietly as she watched him take a bite. "Well then?"
"It's not bad," he agreed. "I would rather eat at home though."
