The two girls beside him freaked Joshua out, why did they all have to be in the same room. He looked at his sister choking back the tears and took a glance at Jessica, she really was pretty, hang on Josh what are you thinking you have a girlfriend! Josh sighed but he couldn't shake the feeling of attraction towards this girl that he hardly talked to.
Joshua started to get bored, he was in to much pain to sleep but to little energy to walk around, so he started talking.
"Hey Jessica," I'm going crazy Josh thought to himself "I'm sorry for blaming you earlier," he didn't really know what to say. "Um, this might sound weird to you but you are really pretty," it's not like she'll hear this he thought. "The thing is I've been meaning to break up with Jessica King for a while now, she's pretty and all but she's way too petty all she cares about is sex and makeup two things that I'm not ready for yet," Joshua went bright red "I mean, um, er, never mind ," yep definitely crazy. Makeup Joshua really?
Joshua started drifting off to the constant sound of the life support machine and the heart monitor when he heard a loud siren from outside his ward, he pretended to be asleep.
