Minor Notes/Warnings:
- We're set in NYC so, as far as dialogue goes, there's some slang we use in the Burroughs, including grammar cuts and AAVE. But the names I use for the locations, for the most part, would be fake. These are projects babies.
- One of the characters is intersex. There are different ways of people being intersex but in this case, it means she not only has hormone levels not typical for the average woman, but she also has some extra reproductive organs (Yes, a penis). It's explained more in the story so I won't go in depth here but questions are welcome.
- Some talk of uncomfortable topics. There will be warnings if they are triggering or overly upsetting. (Including: Gang violence, guns, fighting, drugs/drug abuse, and death). However, these specifically are basically in every chapter and will not have further warnings due to being the main themes. Additional uncommon triggers will be included in the chapters.
- Sexual content is mainly skippable due to warnings but expect a lot of it because they be fucking. (Not a slowburn whatsoever)
- BIPOC: just about all my stories will feature people of color as the main characters so don't be surprised about that. Also includes certain types of grammar cuts or slang because of the location, lifestyle, and age of these characters. However, I do not use some terms due to my personal comfort levels for who my potential readers may be.
