SIXTY THREE

A month went by fast, Slowly I've started to make progress. They gave me a cane to try and use but sometimes I wouldn't like to use it, I felt too embarrassed. Either way it was a pain to walk. It felt as if I just ran a mile, when in reality I've only taken 10 steps.

I was sitting at the table writing into my book until the sound of a motor caught my attention. Immediately I got up, limping as fast as I could to the door. "Izuku! You're gonna hurt yourself!" My father said as he ran up to me before I fell. But I didn't care, I was excited because I knew Touya was here just by the sound of his bike.

A smile grew onto my face as I pressed my hand against the window. Touya was dressed in some black pants, a white muscle tee and a leather jacket. He removed his helmet and set it down before making his way over to the door. I opened up and immediately wrapped my arms around him hugging him as he chuckled, "someone missed me" he said kissing my lips.

"What brings you over here Touya?" My father asked as he made his way to us. "Oh I just thought I'd take Izuku out for a while, If that's okay with you..." He stared at him raising a brow as he crossed his arms flexing his biceps as I rolled my eyes and giggled "come on dad, just for a bit" I asked pouting my lips as I wrapped my arm around Touya's .

He sighed shaking his head while walking away "alright, only for an hour that's it" "thank you dad! You're the best, I'll see you later!" "Wait! Don't you want your-" "nope, I can walk without it" "you sure?" He asked frowning at me as I only nodded "I'm pretty sure dad" "alright then, take care of him Touya" "yes sir"

Touya and I had gone around the town, visiting different areas and trying new things. We were sitting at a bench together eating the cones of ice cream we gotten. "You know I'm glad your father lets me see you, I was afraid I would never get to see that face of yours" he said getting my attention. "Me too...but what about your father? Does he know about us?"

"Well...I haven't said anything, he'd be pissed if he found out" "why?" "He just hates your dad, blames him for any damage that's been done, he said me dating you would get my ass killed, fact he'd even kill me himself..." I looked at him quietly and awkwardly until he broke the silence with a laugh "but uh anyways, now that you're back on your feet, how do you feel?"

I sighed shrugging my shoulders "what? You don't like it?" "No I do, it's just painful to walk. Sometimes I can't always walk and need to be back in my wheelchair, but...i don't want to be sitting there all the time, it gets annoying"

"Does it really?" "Mhm..." he mouthed an 'oh' as I looked over at him with a smile bringing my cone up to him to give him a taste, but he surprised me gasping loudly as I watched him take in the entire scoop into his mouth!

"What? Touya! You left me nothing!" I said looking at the empty cone as he laughed. "I'm sorry princess, I thought it'd be funny. Here have mine" I scrunched up my face shaking my head until he pressed the cold cream against my cheek. He laughed until I took it from
Him smudging it back at him.

We messed around like that for a while until we stopped to clean ourselves up. He held my hand walking by my side as I slowly walked "Am I walking too fast?" He asked "no no, I'm comfortable with this pace"

His presence gave me joy, I felt so loved by him. I never thought one day we'd be in love with each other, but I'm glad we are, I wouldn't want to be with anyone other than Touya. He just made me feel...different. In a good way you know?

"You know....I was thinking, what if we try to have a family?" I looked at him surprised but confused as well "a family? How can we do that? It's not like any of us can have children" I said biting my bottom lip in disappointment. "I know, but what if we have a surrogate? Maybe adopt?" "I don't know...." "Come on, think about it, it'll be like having mini's of us running around the place"

I thought about it for a second, the idea sounded nice but...I wanted to have my own children, did that sound selfish? "It sounds nice Touya, but...I don't know...either way, how can we have children when you have a gang to a run? Isn't that risky?"

We stopped for a while and he looked at me with a smile, putting his hand on my waist as he pulled me in while the other held my hand "that's why I decided to leave that life, I want to have a better life, one with you in it" my eyes expanded, I was surprised to hear those words come out his mouth.

"You...did you really?" I asked still shocked, "of course, you really think I'd chose a gang over you? You're the love of my life Izuku" I let a chuckle out, smilingly widely as we leaned in to kiss each other.

After our small walk around the park he took me home, my father had scolded him for taking longer than the time he gave us. I laughed watching Touya rub the back of his neck as he chuckled awkwardly "right...my bad, it won't happen again" he said putting his hands out.

"Alright, say goodbye Izuku" "bye Touya" I said with a smile leaning in to kiss his cheek "goodbye princess, I'll see you some other day?" "Mhm"

"for sure"
