Immediately, chaos ensued as the soldiers fired their weapons at the energy man, but their bullets seemed to have no affect at all. The energy man turned his focus to another soldier and turned him into red mist with just a single punch.
Doctor Simmons gasped in horror, and Doctor Ng rushed to the other side of the room and flipped an emergency lock down switch. Sirens began to blare and an emergency lock down was engaged. He turned to the other two doctors as they watched in horror as EM-37 began to tear through the security team in one fell swoop.
"Move!" Ng shouted at them. "Get the hell out of here!"
They didn't need to be told twice as they raced out of the lab as fast as they could. Doctor Howard pulled out a radio and began to talk as fast as possible.
"Code Red! We have a breach on sub level three! I repeat! We have a breach on sub level three! I need every man here now!"
They raced off from the echoing sounds of the shouts of soldiers. EM-37 completely pulverized them to bits as he moved with precision and lightning speed. This man was no longer human, and killing was the only thing on his mind right now.
To vanquish.
To slaughter.
He needed to snuff the life out of everyone in this god forsaken place. They did this to him; they wanted to turn him into a mindless, soulless, killing machine, and they succeeded. So he was going to repay the favor for them, and give them back the pain that they had inflicted on him for so long.
There was shouting through the glass and EM-37 lunged through it like it was nothing. Coming into contact with other soldiers as they stood in place with their weapons drawn. He raised his hand and summoned a purple blade made of energy.
"Holy shi-"
Before the soldier could get another word in, he was sliced in half like butter, his insides cauterized before even hitting the ground. The other soldiers fired their pulse rifles at him, but the energy man barely even flinched.
"Down! Down! Bring it down!"
EM-37 cut them all down in a blink of an eye as he made his rampage. He was a feral beast set loose into a chicken coup. After the soldiers were dead, he found himself lifting his feet off from the floor and he blasted the door back with his energy powers. It crashed against the other side of the wall and caused it to crack and splinter from the force of his power.
He slowly floated out and this time the emergency sirens were louder, but he could only hear the ringing in his ears as he looked around. His terrain vision focusing on the narrow hallways as more soldiers came to intercept him. Rolling into formation with their shields and fancy rifles.
EM-37 curled his fists as he rose more up from the floor.
Good. More pigs for slaughter.
He didn't know how many he killed, nor did he care. It was all starting to become a blur for him the more he remained in this form. He was a whirlwind of destruction and death the more he moved and battled the soldiers. It was all starting to become numb to him. EM-37 soon found himself turning one of the corners, and he heard a loud click from behind him.
"Turn around," said a deep voice. "Come on. Turn around, you son of a bitch."
EM-37 turned around and came face to face with someone he did recognize. It was a soldier who stood tall and in military gear except for his helmet and was scowling at him with a Desert Eagle magnum pointing right at him. His scowl was indistinguishable. Of course, it was sooner or later he would run into Commander Eisenhower. He would've thought that he would be dead right now.
