Chapter 9: The Warrior of Light and Dark

Note: I do hope everyone enjoyed the last chapter. In this one, it will expand on the history of Redios and do some more with the relationship of him and Akeno

(Thoughts)

[Narration]

Redios: "The very same" *he looks at him*

Issei: "But-but how?! You're so buff now and tall and armoured?!"

Redios: "It's a very long story, but long story short, i fell into a port which sent me into the far future, i became a super human warrior for mankind"

Issei: "Like a spartan?"

Redios: *he sighs* "Yes, issei like a spartan. However, my augments were much more intense than there's, and i fought enemies that make the convert look like mere ants"

Issei: *he gulps* "I don't want to know"

Redios: "That's for the best, but since i'm back here, I'll be taking up your training"

Issei: "My training?"

Rias: "You will have to train to achieve greater power, warren here is an expert at fighting, so he will teach you about that"

Redios: "I will be tough yet fair issei, i will turn you into the strongest you can be"

Issei: *he just seems to turn pale at this*

Rias: "Well, that can be for another day. It's late, and i'm sure issei is overwhelmed by all this" *she smiles* "You can head home issei"

Issei: *he just nods and heads out, shocked and confused*

Redios: "I'll watch over him" *he looks at rias* "I'll keep him safe"

Rias: *she keeps her smile* "Thank you, Warren, you can also leave if you'd like"

Redios: *he nods as he puts on his helmet* "I can't leave without my lovely shrine maiden"

Akeno: *she giggles at this* "May I leave as well president?"

Rias: "Of course Akeno, you two have fun"

[Akeno walks over to Redios and teleports them away and back to their shared apartment. From there the two rest and relax as Redios does the painfully long task of removing his armour without the special machine]

Akeno: "Is your armour normally this hard to take off?" *she was watching him*

Redios: "No, a machine will take the armour off in minutes, but without it, it can an hour or more" *he keeps at it*

Akeno: *she frowns* "But i want you to feel you right now"

Redios: "Soon Akeno soon, you'll be able to feel me all night" *he smiles at her*

[Which Akeno returns, so far the couple has spent every night clung to each other out of fear they might lose one another but eventually Redios gets the armour off and makes his way into the bed. Akeno quickly then snuggles in his chest*

Redios: *he runs his fingers through her head* "Your hair is silky smooth Akeno, i could run my fingers through it for hours"

Akeno: *she blushes a bit from this* "Ara thank you, Warren. I'll make sure to keep it extra silky just for you~"

Redios: *he smiles at this* "You do that, and i definitely won't be able to keep my hands off you"

Akeno: That's exactly what i want~"

Redios: *he smirks* "Well, who i am to deny you Akeno~" *he brings her into a kiss*

[Which leads to an Sexual Encounter which they both loved, happy to once again be with each other in every way. The next day the two were walking in downtown Kouh, Redios was without his armour and wearing a makeshift road to at least hide his identity]

Redios: "Hmm, stares, an all too common sight for me" *he says while walking*

Akeno: "Pay them no mind warren, just focus on us" *she reassures him*

Redios: *he nods at her* "We haven't been on a date in years or well, i guess it's only been a few months in this time"

Akeno: *she nods sadly* "It felt like years to me"

Redios: *he gives her a side hug* "It won't happen again Akeno, not even the chaos gods will take me away from you"

Akeno: *she smiles lovingly but gains a confused expression* "Chaos gods?"

Redios: "A story for another day as we're here" *he gestures to the small cafe*

Akeno: *she nods* "This cafe makes excellent sweets"

[The two of them quickly made there inside the cafe and after Redios struggled to get inside, they found a table of the way and sat down or in Redios case he kneeled down]

Redios: "Well, what should we order" *he tries to pick up the menu* "Some help please"

Akeno: *she giggles and picks it up before looking at it* "How about the Tea cake?"

Redios: "Tea cake? Is this a western style cafe" *he seems a bit confused but nods* "Sure, that sounds lovely"

[Soon the waiter came and took their orders while staring at redios the entire time. She left which left Redios thanking the emperor]

Redios: "That was awkward, it felt like she was staring into my soul"

Akeno: "Maybe it was a bad idea to do this Warren"

Redios: *he smiles at her and grabs her hand* "No, it is an amazing idea, if the only bad thing about having a date with you is people staring well, so be it"

Akeno: "Ara you sure do have a way with words~"

Redios: "Only for you, my beautiful shrine maiden~" 

[The tea cake and tea soon arrive and the happy couple exchange flirty remarks and just enjoy each others company but soon enough it starts to get dark and the couple make their way through a park to end the night]

Redios: "The air is clean tonight, it's a perfect time for walk" *he was holding akeno's hand*

Akeno: "Yes it's very lovely" *she leans into his arm as they walk*

Redios: *he looks up at the moon* "I haven't had this much calm and relaxation in millennia, it's nice but strange"

Akeno: *she looks up at him* "When will you tell me what you saw in the future?"

Redios: *he looks down at her* "It's not something i wish to tell you. None of it is pleasant, and most of it you couldn't comprehend"

Akeno: *she frowns*

Redios: "I know that isn't what you wanted to here but please trust me on this, I'll tell you when i think you can handle it"

Akeno: "I trust you warren so i can wait" *she smiles a bit*

Redios: *he returns it before looking ahead* "I'll tell you this though, you know the human perception of hell? That's what it was like, but tenfold, "

Akeno: *she grimaces a bit* "You always were mentally stronger than most"

Redios: "The augments made that stronger, but i don't wish to dwell on that any longer" *he stops and looks at her before kneeling down* "I only wish to focus on you"

[Redios then brings her into a kiss which she happily accepts and return, the moon shines brightly on them and to them at least all the worry just disappears]
