21 - Of Doubts and Dreads

3 1 1

You’re afraid to socialize with others,
You even lack in self-esteem.
But a mistake doesn’t matter,
Because there is no “I” in team.

You fear to hear laughter and rejections,
Because you don’t believe in faith.
You’re frightened by imperfections,
But “perfection” is not the gate.

It won’t lead you to opportunities,
‘Cause doubts and dreads are both just words.
Show them your capabilities,
Be yourself; learn to face the world.

You just need to open your eyes and breathe,
Spread your wings; feel everything.
Free yourself from stress and just simply live,
Go to places you haven’t been.

Dreads are waiting for you to overcome,
Doubt’s a temporary feeling.
Both are mere obstacles for everyone,
Fly high. Aim high. Find your meaning.
