Chapter 4

*Bella's POV*

The day finally ended. I couldn't stop thinking about Edward. His skin so pale. He never stopped staring at me. Creepy. I go out to my truck and see him. My childhood hero, my crush, my everything sitting on the hood of my truck. His long hair blowing in the wind. So hot and sexy.
"Hey Bella who is that?"
"That's Jacob."
"He's hot!" I kinda got jelious at what Jessica just said so I made up a lie.
"He's taken!" I said in a sad voice.
"That sucks Bella.... You two would be great or even me and him would be great."
"Yeah..." I say looking down thinking 'haha hes not taken YET!' Jake saw me just then.
"Bella!" He ran over to me and gave me a bear hug. I could feel someone watching us otr than Mike, Angela, Eric, and Jessica. I turned around to look and the whole Cullen group were staring at me and Jake.
"Hey Jacob! What are you doing here?"
"Long story short Charlie said that he had to work late and I wanted to show you around town."
"That's great, but how did you get here?"
"Was in the area with q buddy and he dropped me off and then I want that hard to find your truck."
"Ha yeah I guess its not. Especially sence you fixed it."
"Yeah.... Um.... I'm Jacob Black."
"Hey..... I'm Jessica, this is Eric, Angela, and Mike and of course you know Bella already."
"Yeah I hope I do we have been friends since 1st grade." I saw him keep on looking behind us. Looking at the Cullens.
"Well see you tomorrow guys." I started talking to Jake about the day and then I mentioned how Edward was acting.
"Bells maybe he is sick with something and is trying to not get you sick."
"Maybe?" I so knew that wasn't it but it doesn't matter. I'm going o confront him tomorrow about it. Jake and I talked about his day because I was sick of talking about mine. He showed me around town then we wento his house for dinner at Billy's request.

The next day!

I drove to school and waited for Edward, but he never showed up. The next day no show and the next and the next. Finally he was in biology. I was scared to confront him but here we go.
